Although not the easiest to install, it’s doable. Very sturdy and feels like it’ll hold up longer than my bike will.

Love how it came with nylon nuts. (Very important case you didn’t know) Is very sturdy and looks slick. I’ve been using for about 3-4 months now and it’s great. It’s easy to assemble if you lay the parts out and divide the parts by side. Haven’t taken it off yet but it looks simple and somewhat quick without disassembling hardware. Would buy again for another bicycle.

This reach is a pain in the @$$ to install with 37 pieces connected dependent on one another. Get your seat height right first so you dont have to fiddle with it after install. My wife weighs 150lb. and im now able to throw her on the back of my fat tire 3000 watt ebike and cruise around town. I mounted a modified dirt bike seat to a 1×6 and mounted the 1×6 to the rack. Easy peezy. This thing does not flex at all and my wife feels totally secure. It says its not for fat tire bikes but it fits fine. Dont worry if you have fat tires; I have at least half an inch of room on each side with mine.

Haven’t used it yet. I’m hoping it makes the difficulty of assembling it worth it.

This is a great rack. sturdy, and reliable. I’ve had it on my bike for 1,500+ miles. I carry rain gear, tools, extra e bike battery, and more, not to mention my lunch and drinks.

I ordered this bike rack for my commuter bike. Since the saddle stem of my bike is quite high, installing the bike rack as-is would have placed the rear rack some 10″ above my rear wheel. I quickly realized that it’s possible to remove the rack’s horizontal bar and re-use the included cross bracing as a third foot, ultimately installing the rear rack in a different way which fits my bike better. The result is a sturdy and beautiful bike rack!

I keep breaking welds on my bike racks that can’t stand up to the rattling of third world roads. They last less than a year.
This is a completely different approach that uses lots of beefy, i.e heavy, hardware to bolt the pieces of the rack together in place of welding them. The result is a significantly larger capacity, at a cost of significant weight. Weighs 2 lbs more than the 1.5lb racks that keep breaking, nearly all of it being bolts and screws. Installation takes longer too as you are bolting together pieces that usually come welded together.
The rack clamps on to your seat stays, and they include rubber gaskets to keep from scratching the bike. It was easy to avoid interfering with the exposed, bare rear shift cable.
The hardware is first quality including locking bolts, design is well thought out, and they include all the tools you’ll need and clear instructions. If it fails, I’ll be back, if there’s no update, you can assume it’s still going.
