I watched literally dozens of youtube video before I settled on this one , the best bang for my money . I ordered one. I have quick release and thru axle bikes , so i ordered the wahoo thru axle adapters too just in case . The box was bigger and heavier than I expected . It arrived pre-assembled . I had to replace the quick release axle with the one included , than I was in business . I installed the rear end of my Scott speedster gravel in the trainer . I downloaded the wahoo app and paired the trainer and my heart rate monitor . I used the resistance mode , 50% resistance is good enough for me . Who needs an indoor recycling app ? I just watch a Tour de France youtube video on the ipad while using the trainer , that provides the needed distraction and makes indoor cycling much less boring . I average 150-200 watts and a heart rate of 140-160 , that’s good enough for an oldie like me . I think 30 minutes on the trainer is equivalent to 2 hours on the rod , thanks to the sustained resistance . I will update . The wahoo app is all you need, but i also used the trainer with my Garmin edge 830
Just finished 36 miles on the trainer . I found my sweet spot, the big chainring on the front, and the biggest cog on the rear cassette , and 50% resistance . With this setting the trainer feels fluid and less clunky . I watch one my favorite movies while riding , so far i watched Thelma and Louise , good fellas and easy rider , indoor riding is not as boring as I thought . This budget trainer will keep me going through cold New England winter until it warms up again

I was looking to replace a malfunctioning smart trainer. After reviewing several choices I selected the Wahoo Kickr Snap. The price was right and it was available. The unit came ready to be installed, no assembly was required. A front wheel holder was included. Installing the bicycle was simple and quick. I was specifically interested in a wheel on unit so this fit perfectly into my setup. Performance is smooth and accurate for my training needs. This unit is affordable and works seamlessly with Wahoo exercise programs.

I’ve ridden on this trainer for about 500 miles. It is very responsive on zwift rides, and accurately matches my power/speed output on my Garmin. It occasionally experiences connectivity issues which usually resolve quickly. Definitely worth the buy!

Ho comprato questo rullo per la simulazione della salita, qui su Amazon ho trovato il prezzo migliore.
Mi ha colpito per la solidità, per la stabilità durante l’uso, per la possibilità di piegarlo e riporlo quando non in uso.
Usando un copertoncino da rulli non è troppo rumoroso, si sente di più la trasmissione del rullo. Consuma poca corrente.
Sono alla prima esperienza e stagione con i rulli.
Dove abito le salite più vicine sono a 40 km, con questo rullo posso allenarmi alle pendenze subito, senza trasferimenti.
Sì connette al mio Garmin 530 per gestire gli allenamenti e i percorsi, non ho testato i vari programmi con abbonamenti online.
Non ho voluto investire molto nel primo rullo ma lo trovo divertente da usare quando si simula la salita e sono molto contento dell’ acquisto.
Considerato che simula salite fino al 12% , lo consiglio ai principianti come me che non vogliono svenarsi per testare l’allenamento indoor e a chi vive in piena pianura.

I ordered two of these for my wife and I. Once set up and properly calibrated by the spin down in the saltwater, haven’t had any issues with them. I know some complaints for wheel on trainers is tire wear, but I haven’t noticed anything out of the norm when compared to running outside. I run a Schwalb hurricane gravel tire with smooth center.

Got this today, was really looking forward to using it, but it does not work with a thru-axle bike without an adapter. It would be nice if it just came with the adapter. Comes with a power plug for every continent but no adapter for what is a standard bike axle. Annoying.

This product was unpacked, assembled, paired and ready to go in less than 15 minutes! It was so easy! I got another product before and spent hours trying to figure it out. Had to send it back. The Wahoo Snap was seamless!! Looking forward to my first ride!!

Item arrived in a few days through regular shipping. It was well packaged and labeled as heavy.
Product was a quick easy set up. As of day two or ownership it is working great. Note a smooth tire is required to operate correctly. This can also be purchase via Amazon.

I can’t understand why this thing is *so* loud. It has an unbearable high-pitched whine when the bike is in use and vibrates so much it feels like you’re riding on a bumpy dirt road—but the vibration is rhythmic and very noticeable.
For such a simple piece of equipment, the noise and vibration are baffling, especially when I’ve seen other trainers perform so much better. Unless you’re hard of hearing and don’t mind your entire room shaking while you bike, I’d recommend going with a different trainer.
