    This is only the pad from Tandem and does not include a USB charging cable or 120v plug. Disappointing, as this is $40 for what is essentially a branded wireless charging pad that i now need to go buy additional accessories for.

    Only took off a star because of price considering no charging cord included. Not a problem as the charger pad is compatible with a number of chargers (USB C?) I have. Works great, happy to have a backup.

    This charger didn’t work at all on our first vacation we took. Good thing we were only gone a couple days instead of a week or more or we’d probably be in the hospital.

    The cord choices that that Tandem website sends you to on Amazon – there are 2!? Why 2 options when NEITHER of them connects to the charging pad? The cords Tandem wants you to get with the pad are either a USB-C or USB-micro but neither one connects to this charging pad. I’m unsure at this point which connection I need for this pad.

    Very disappointed as it is advertised to come with a charging block and a charging cable. Deceitful practices! It is only the charging disc, shameful to say you need to use a Tandem charging cable and block and then not include them!!! Diabetes is already expensive and for the duration of one’s life, making this just shameful.

    If you order this be aware you won’t be able to charge your Mobi so if you are ordering this in a panic to charge your pump because your battery is almost dead…well the false advertising on this may put you in the hospital. There is no cable with this charger even though it looks like it comes with it like your charger did with your pump kit and they don’t advertise that it doesn’t come with one.

    The wireless charger works, yes. However, at that price point, you’re better off getting a different wireless charger that works faster and costs less.
