Love the Spypoint Flex M. Just put it up and its sending great pictures even in low light. Rasy to set up and the app is user friendly. This is my second Flex M. The batteries last for months and weather does not effect them. Love that you get 250 photos free per month or you can upgrade your plan at a very affordable price. Their customer service is stellar, i called with a question about the app and they explained it and i was up and running in a matter of minutes. I have used a lot of different brands of trail cameras but its Spypoint for me hands down! It would make a great Christmas gift!

Flex M are nice cost effective cell cam. They take great pictures and have video options. The Spy Point App is very user friendly and allows you to keep an eye on your cameras health.
Tip – The Flex M will eat batteries, I fill the cam with AA batteries than run a 12V garden tractor sized battery with the cable that is available from Spy Point. Cam will then run months

The seller appears to be the manufacturer. The manufacturer has no customer service or even a valid presence other than an overseas chat service.
As you can see from the title, one of the cameras in this two pack works fine. The second one does not. Five chats, no result.
After setting up these cameras, both of them gave a message that firmware was being downloaded and that it would take 5 to 10 minutes for that to occur. After that, both cameras were tested at home and appeared to be working. However, when I took them out to the field, one worked fine, the other one did not. The problem appeared to be that it was downloading the firmware at least according to chat (remember, it had already completed the download at home and the camera was functioning). You can’t download the firmware remotely anymore so you have to connect it to your computer and download the software. So I did that. It looked like it worked. I went out to the field again and turned it on. Guess what, downloading firmware. I left it in the field the second time just in case it would finish (90 percent signal at the time) and got back on chat when I got home. I was assured that firmware was downloading and that the camera would be fine. I was also told that if the firmware did not finish downloading by the time I got up this morning that the camera was defective. Guess what? Still downloading at 4:45 A.m.. get back on chat, I have the camera with me, have to download the firmware again. Connected to the PC. Now it won’t even connect. I tried the telephone number on the manufacturer’s website. It goes to dead air. Not so much as a ring. I tried several times so it wasn’t a one-off. I come to the Amazon site and use the phone number (different one ) posted under the seller’s information here. That phone number goes to some kind of a sweepstakes entity and has nothing to do with spypoint.
All they had to do at spypoint on chat was admit that there was something wrong with one of the cameras and replace it. I would have no problem returning the defective camera. Instead, my guess is they Just wanted to Wear me down with circular actions to the point I would give up.
Something I want to mention in one of the chats is that I was told that unless they went through, all of the troubleshooting steps, an exchange was not possible nor was a refund. Amazon, on the other hand is refunding me as soon as I return both cameras and they provided me with the necessary return code.
Things happen, sometimes a product is effective. I was more than willing to keep the good one and exchange the bad one. Rather than having customer service and standing behind its product, spypoint is going to send you to an overseas chat center where the representatives are instructed just to string you along. That they don’t have an actual working telephone number says that the company itself is questionable.
The working camera gets five stars. That there is no support other than parroting the instruction manual and the lack of a valid telephone number is why this is one star.

I’m not a hunter. I have this inside my house. It is a house that is far away and I don’t get to go there very often. Someone recently broke in and wiped me out. Dishes, glasses, small appliances, furniture, antiques, lamps, chandeliers, mirrors, decorations, EVERYTHING. There is some furniture left, and I know they are coming back for it, so I put one of these cameras inside so I can see them the minute they kick the door in again.
I had to run to W@lmart for eight AA batteries. I got the regular ones, not the crazy expensive ones. I got home with the batteries, but I had missed the part about needing a micro SD card. I went right back to the store for that, but they were sold out, so I was aggravated that I had to wait to complete this setup. These items should be written in NEON BOLD TYPE so that the buyer can be ready for setup the minute the Amazon truck pulls away. (By the way, why didn’t SpyPoint trying to up-sell me on these additional purchases? Hmmm. An opportunity missed.) Make sure you get a MICRO SD card rather than the regular size.
After I waited for the micro SD to arrive from Amazon, I installed the SpyPoint app on my android and starting setting up this camera. I have never owned anything like this, and it was still pretty easy to find my way around in the app. I have the camera set for two notifications: 1) motion, with immediate notification so I can call 911 right away, and 2) send me a picture every day at 6 pm. Since I am far away, the daily picture lets me know that the camera is live and functioning.
I don’t have wifi at my house, so this camera was perfect because it works off of a cellular signal. The cellular sim cards are built in and they will use the signal that is strongest at the location of the camera. I think they scan multiple carriers like AT&T, Verizon, etc. for the strongest signal. There is no extra charge for this.
Another bonus is that you get 100 photos per month transmitted to you via the app on your phone for free. If you run out, you can either wait until the new month rolls around, or you can buy a package with more photo transmissions for something like $5 per month.
In the app, you can see cellular signal strength, battery percentage, how many photos you’ve received, and how many days left in your 30-day photo cycle. My camera has been sending me one photo a day for a little over a month and I’m still at 78% battery. You can also ask it for videos, but I didn’t need that, and I need my batteries to last as long as possible. Also, some cameras are so sensitive that the sunlight/shadows moving thoughout the day can sometimes trigger motion. I didn’t want my batteries to run out because they were videoing that! I have received no false motion alerts.
It was the free 100 photos per month that made me zero in on this camera. Then, since I needed these cameras for tracking humans, not deer, this next feature made the sale for me: These cameras have GPS.
If the thief comes back into my house, I HOPE he steals this camera. Besides instantly receiving a picture of the thief’s face via the SpyPoint app, I’ll call both SpyPoint and the police and report the camera stolen. SpyPoint will then track the location of the camera and coordinate directly with local police. I believe their system even lets the “next” owner re-set up the camera on their phone, the thief might even buy the $5/mo subscription, and for any camera that SpyPoint knows is stolen, they will relay the “new owner” info to the police in addition to the GPS info.
Oh, I REALLY hope the pigs come back and steal this camera.

Pros:
The cameras do a good job. Good quality. Easy to use and great connectivity. Love that they have a free 100 picture plan.
Con:
The only problem is the lacking range of sensitivity, on the low setting it detects squirrels 20 feet away. This takes up my 100 free photos in less than a week then I find myself going out once a week swapping sd cards which nullifies the main advantage of a cellular trail cam.
