It fits well/easy to access BUT….once you take one sip, the straw isn’t submerged in the water. Seems to only work well when it its totally full. Not efficient/you have the twist the straw in weird ways to get water. Not easy while riding.

    XLAB Torpedo Versa 200

It’s okay. Does a better job than some other aero bottles at keeping fluid inside but it still leaks some. It’s also heavy by itself even without fluid in it. More convenient than most other refillable alternatives being interchangeable with the collection of bottles we all have. Like i said, it leas a little but not as much as the others i’ve had.

Excellent kit for my bike with many ways to mount (bought the bar mount as well). Also makes it easy to tape CO2 cartridges and gel packs to it. Love the Garmin clip on (required slight modification to work). Does not seem to work with other bottles very well, must use the one that it comes with. I was oping to use a larger one but did not have any luck. Refilling works quite well. The velcro holds the bottle in solid. Use a large rubber band to hold the straw in perfect position while riding.

I previously wrote a review and my product arrived missing a part. I emailed amazon and the manufacturer. The manufacturer emailed me in less than 24 hrs and shipped the part immediately. I was very impressed. So far the product works great with my existing holder.

Fits great on aerobars. Doesn’t splash back during refill. Also, valve opens easy.

Before acquiring this product I found it difficult to maintain pace and form on training rides when having to pause to take in water. This product fixed that problem by having water available without having to reach for bottles or change positions. Water whenever i needed was a big improvement. Some minor adjustments with the straps holding the bottle and to position and steady the tube position helped cutomize for my preferences. Also fits other bottle sizes so can be changed out. Happy with the product.

Had bought one of these on E-bay in the spring and after 1 or 2 uses the thin gasket sealing ring in the cap broke rendering it useless as it constantly leaked. Rolled the dice on this one as I have a Full Ironman coming up and needed the ease of drinking on the fly. Very happy to see that the new one is much improved with the sealing area molded in a larger profile and in a more durable plastic. Mounts perfectly between the Aero bars for easy hydration.

Leaks! The elbow joint leaks, the straw leaks, the bite valve leaks. I had one for awhile and it leaked so badly it corroded my headset bearing. Bought a new setup and switched the mounting direction, and the new one leaks just as badly. I lost so much fluid on my ride and was a sticky mess. I have called and emailed and Facebook messaged this company asking for replacement parts or assistance and have received nothing at all in response. Poor customer service and a cheap product that I really wished worked. Love the way it’s mounted and the way it fills, just wish it didn’t leak. Ridiculous that they don’t even care to contact you back. Super angry!

Used it 3 times now and everytime my bike is covered in the sticky liquid I drink because the bottle leaks in spite of being screwed in tight with both rubber rings….unfortunately can’t return it cause I’ve already cut the straws.

I have used other hydration systems that fit between the aero bars but on a small frame, they don’t always fit well. I have a small women’s tri bike. This one fit perfectly, did not obstruct the grip of my hands on the bars and did not slosh liquid when going over uneven surfaces. It was easy to fill. A bit pricey for a few plastic bits and a water bottle, but it works. One suggestion would be to have a stiffer straw so it doesn’t flop around. Or maybe even a way to clip it into place. I ended up using the Velcro strap that comes with it to hold the straw in place such that I can sip in aero position.
