Lost another one like that which was a little more narrow. But this one works great, too – covers your ears, leaves top of the head open. Been using for everything, including walking, running, cycling. Works well with the helmets in general.

Daughter-in-law requested this headband for Christmas. Took awhile to receive this, but made it in time for Christmas. She says it is warm and comfortable. Would recommend this headband.

I ordered this for my granddaughter. She runs Cross Country and Track, in College now. This is at least the second one of these she has had over her years of running, she started in 7th grade. She tried several different bands, some were okay for awhile and then lost the tighter stretch that held them up. She tried stocking hats, but her head got too hot. I think it was her junior year of high school that we discovered these and they have been perfect for keeping ears warmer and staying where it belongs. Other runners noticed how nice they looked and asked how well they worked. Several bought them and they ended up being recommended as one of the best to buy, depending on the need.
They have held up well enough to be used for several years. She says they are the best to keep your ears warm!

Sitzt perfekt, ist auch nach mehrmaligem Waschen in der Maschine nicht ausgeleiert. Es ist doppellagig und relativ dünn, also auch gut für die Übergangszeit geeignet.

A+++++ i will be a lifetime buyer of this product. The material is so cozy and i am so impressed with the quality. It keeps my head and ears warm during my jogs. There is nothing like this out on the market. Very affordable as well.

I really like my hair, but really-really dislike being cold. This keeps my ears and forehead warm without covering my curls. And on bitterly cold days when a Hat is Must, the headband fits comfortably underneath most of my hats as an extra layer of warmth.

I’m glad I ordered this so it arrived in time for the first blast of Chicago winter in 2017. I really like this. It’s warm without making me sweat on the CTA and it’s not too bulky. It looks sleek and it fits easily in my pocket. I love that it’s reversible (I got the navy/gray). I only wish that Smartwool made a tear-off tag especially for a reversible item. You’re supposed to cut it off, so I delicately tried to cut the threads attaching the tag without pulling the threads too much. Hopefully it holds up with all the stretching, but it should be fine. This beats all other headbands/ear warmers I have used in the past. I love Smartwool and I also have tons of their socks and a couple of neck gaitors. I highly recommend this item.

Das Stirnband passt perfekt und hat die gewohnte Smartwool Qualität.
Ich benutze das Stirnband zum Laufen und zum Tourengehen. Es sitzt sehr gut und auch nach dem Waschen behält es seine Form.

I ordered this headband with high expectations since I live in Minnesota and as you may know, it’s very cold. I have to say that Smartwool exceeded my expectations, it covers my ears from the cold and helps me keep them warm (I am a person with sensitive ears), and it is even very useful if you are a person who likes to go out to open places where there is a lot of wind or If you exercise, the headband always stays in place and your hair won’t get in your face.
