We ordered the 5+ size but it seems smaller than the same size dinosaur head that we purchased 2 years ago. Initially we tried it on and it didnt seem to fit appropriately but after we removed the hard plastic packaging, the helmet fit. Perhaps they should place the packaging thru the top ventilation holes instead of on the back so that it does not interfere with trying it on.

When you picture a 4 y/o boy you see happiness and ENERGY. A 4 y/o must have the proper safety gear. After all this seemed to suit our four year old’s personality well. The dinosaur was a really cool look. I liked the way the helmet fit his head. He seemed comfortable and well protected in it. A good helmet may save a child’s life or at least save a good concussion. ER’s are over rated! This helmet seems to be well designed.
I would not give it 5 stars though. Only because I had to return the first helmet because the plastic designed outer cover was slightly warped in the back. I must say that Amazon customer service was A+ on the exchange. The second helmet was perfect.

C’mon, just look at this hat. Tell me that’s not the most boss dino hat you’ve ever seen. Sure, growing up when I did was great and all: no social media, no phubbing, no lame sport utes (family station wagons ftw!), but did we have famous dinosaur hats like this? No sir, we did not! Fact of the matter, we didn’t wear bike helmets anyway, but still. If we had dino hats like this we might have! Definitely maybe!
And if you care about more than just sharp looks (nerd!), this hat has held up well for two or three years now, it’s solidly made, feels heavy-duty and the wearer hasn’t had any head injuries (yet), so you can’t beat that! Buy one!

Clearly, even my dog enjoys this item! Not only is it extremely adorable, but the adjustment capability is perfect for our child. He is six years old fits his head perfectly and has shown to give the protection we as parents Are looking for! The brightness of the green is not too neon, so it matches perfectly with any outfit! It’s very lightweight and always puts a smile on our face whenever we see our little one using it 😍

My son likes dinosaurs a lot so I am glad that this helmet fits him well. He just turned 6 so I was concerned it would be too small but this fits great and he likes it!
