This keeps my bike from wiggling when I have it in my rear wheel trainer. It doesn’t do fancy things, but I didn’t want it to. I appreciate that it stays put and doesn’t let me fall over.
It also doesn’t take up much space, which is nice when you don’t have a large area to have your bike set up in. Some of the larger risers made the whole thing just too big.

The block works well with the bike trainer. I put the trainer and the block on a piece of masonite and it id quite steady. I do not ride hard. It is more a way for me to get exercise in the winter. Since I am 75 it keeps me in shape for road riding. I do not like the regular exercise bikes because they do not feel like they do anything. I also use the the trainer for therapy for my legs and joints.

I use this for my roadbike indoors during the winter. It keeps the front wheel at the same height as the rear – and keeps the handle bars fairly stationary. Works great, especially for the price.

This is lightweight molded plastic, holds the bike up but you can still turn the front wheel, don’t know if this is typical. I would prefer a more solid block–

Great when it comes to holding the front tire steady when you have the back on an indoor trainer. Without it the bike is on a constant decline, the handlebars shift around and the whole deal doesn’t feel as steady. This little baby rectifies all those problems. I highly recommend it!

Don’t expect this thing to blow you away. It’s a riser. Basically a piece of plastic that rises your front wheel when used with a trainer. It is what it is. And it works well. It is also cheap. Biggest advantage over using a book to rise your wheel is that it is molded to hold your wheel perfectly.
Overall very happy with it .

I keep things simple in life. I bought a trainer for my bike for the winter months if I can’t ride. I needed a RISER Block / this work out great / no problems / made from heavy plastic. Now, I use it on my Kitchen floor which it sides but stays inplace, the most part / as I am peddling, pushing the bike, I like movement in the front to give me that work out. The block stays with the bike. On more stable unsmooth floors it will not move as much. A good tip# Take a scrap rug under the bike if you don’t want any chain grease or oil on your floor. I will peddle for an Hr, or ten miles….

Product is strong, no flex when using it, but it slides out on laminate flooring, requiring me to put a yoga mat or other frilly surface underneath. Not usable without it, for that, 3 star deduction. If you don’t have hard flooring it will be just fine.
