Exercising in Florida on trail can be 10 to 50 miles a ride. In the winter it starts cold and heats up and these panners start compact and expand to carry the clothing as it warms up. Then they tuck away. the compact size carries essentials, like spare tube and some tools, water and salt, chap stick and band aids.

They are much better quality than I had expected considering the price. They are well made the material is up to the job, I expect fading by the end of summer but that’s normal here.

the zippers are not cheap and the accordion design allows full storage and compact when not in use. design. the big deal is they don’t rub against the spokes as my last panners did.

The bag is perfect for what I wanted. It is adequate for most things I want to haul but will also expand with the two side bags if I have more to haul. A recent trip to the grocery store had all the slots filled and using the e-bike instead of the car was special

You can use it with the bottle holder right behind the seat or at the rear. Expandable bags that fold down each side of the rear tire might be good for some, but I’d prefer the extra compartments for open storage, not to store an expandable nylon fold out bag.

I wanted a bag that had a bottle holder that woukd take a standard Nalgene bottle. One of the pictures appears to show it holding one. But it’s way too small. In addition, there’s no drawstring, just a snap that barely narrows the opening at all. Unless you have a water bottle that fits tight, it will bounce out.
Otherwise it’s fine and does what it’s supposed to do.

Good quality and size to swing your leg over when mounting bike. Holds more than I need for out and back one day trips.
