have a 4km commute to work. no car. have been pedaling to and from forever. This e-bike cut my travel time in half, with 0 energy used from me.. super fun to ride. the gear shifter is a bit clunky. seat and hand grips are super comfy. Assembly is easy, but required some fine tuning to brakes and gear selector, to be expected. i assembled bikes in a retail store and honestly the packaging on this was the best i have ever seen, might have been over kill. no shipping damage tho.

Overall decent but instructions were confusing and the wrenches sent didn’t fit the front axle. But worst of all the reflectors do not fit anywhere on the bike without being extremely loose plus 0 instructions for them. Haven’t rode it yet, waiting on it to charge

The bicycle I own is truly a remarkable ride that offers both convenience and enjoyment. Its design is user-friendly and ensures a smooth experience while cycling. One of the standout features is how easily it glides over various terrains, making it perfect for commuting or leisurely rides around the neighborhood. The overall performance of the bike is impressive, as it provides a comfortable and efficient way to travel.
However, there is one recurring issue that I have encountered: the front tire occasionally goes flat. While the bike itself is great, this persistent problem can be quite inconvenient. It seems that I need to attend to the tire maintenance every semester to prevent it from flattening. Although this can be a hassle, I appreciate that the bike is otherwise durable and reliable, allowing me to focus on enjoying my rides rather than constantly worrying about repairs.
Despite the tire issue, I still consider the bike to be a great investment. It runs smoothly and efficiently, making it a joy to ride. The overall quality and performance outweigh the minor setbacks. I look forward to many more adventures on my bicycle, as it enables me to explore my surroundings and stay active. With a bit of attention to the maintenance, I believe I can continue enjoying this fantastic bike for years to come.

I was looking for an affordable e-bike and I ended up purchasing this bike. It was easy to assemble and it’s great bang for your buck. The battery has sufficient capacity and cruises at 20mph nicely. I like that it has a cruise control feature and different power settings. Overall it’s a solid, comfortable, and affordable e-bike to get around in.

I got the bike about 5 days earlier than the expected date was. It came nicely packaged, the assembly took about 40 minutes, it was a little bit confusing, but we got it done. The seat it comes with, in my opinion, is very uncomfortable, but I am also a bigger person, however, my brother is very thin and he also thought it was uncomfortable, so I bought a new seat and it worked out fine. The headlight is actually really good as well. We were able to get it to go to a speed of 30mph on flat ground by using the pedal assist and the throttle at the same time. The tires came pretty flat, but they included an air pump for them. The bike looks really nice overall, I really like the black. It’s a really good bike for the price, and I’m glad I got this one

OK, this is long, but you need a full customer review to appreciate this product.
Top points: Very durable construction overall. Superb customer service! Very friendly and helpful! Overall, quality product. (I waited to give this review after a couple hundred miles)
ON THIS POINT; THE CUSTOMER ACCOMMODATION WAS PHENOMENAL! My shipping was delayed by a few days, which is normally no big deal, but given the purchase price, I had asked a relative to capture the product. Iniswheel completely understood and gave me a free bike helmet (which was pretty darn cool) to ease my anxiety. [I’ll update this review with her name, because she emailed me 4 times to make sure I was satisfied!])
First, this is coming from a man who went from dirt bikes in childhood, to complicated gears and e-motors in his 40s. If you aren’t used to brake levers on the handlebars, adjust your learning curve accordingly!
If you understand gears (this has 7), then disregard. If you don’t, then I recommend you watch a few tutorials and ride this as a traditional geared bike before you even turn on the motor. The lower gears are easier for starting, while the higher gears are best for faster speeds (just like a car).
Assembly: is fairly straightforward. My bike came with some features already assembled (kickstand) and everything else was fairly intuitive. There are numerous videos to help with assembly. I HIGHLY recommend you take your time with each step. Once completed, you won’t want to spend hours tweaking each screw. [I found the included tools kit to be overly satisfactory]
OK, now to the low point of this product… the literature is woefully lacking. Even with the language barrier, the company fails to highlight many things. Let me hit everything I think you’ll be grateful to know…
Hold the power button to turn on the e-bike. The top-right will display 0. Now, pay attention. 0 means IT’S ALL YOU! This is pedal-only mode. This is just a 7 speed bike and a reminder of how old you are! Pulling back on the throttle (right handlebar) will increase the motor assist. You can literally move enough to keep from stopping (or jerk yourself out of your seat!) Practice!
1-5 are your pedal-assist modes. 1 gets you to about 12mph with moderate pedaling and 5 gets you to 19/20 mph with more rpms, but slightly less effort. IMPORTANT NOTE: When the indicator goes from a number to “P”, you don’t need the throttle. You are now coasting at full motor power and don’t need to throttle. This leads us to the battery indicator…
Now, let me explain the battery indicator!
This is (by my understanding) a predictive representation. The indicator is 1 to 5 bars. This will fluctuate, sometimes between 5 to 3 or 4 to 2 bars. This is not explained in any of the provided literature, but I believe it works like this… if you’re traveling at 19mph (with pedal assist 5) with no pedaling, your display might read 4 bars. However, if you’re pedaling, you might see 5 bars. Conversely, if you’re traveling 12 mph (with pedal assist 1) you might see 5 bars.
In other words, the lower the speed & the more pedal you put in; the higher your battery life will indicate. If you’re on assist 5, with no pedaling, your indicator will be much lower. In short, pedaling saves your battery.
OK, some other helpful tips… if you add a rear bike rack, your front end becomes extremely light! (This isn’t a bad thing, it’s just something to be aware of as your front end seems to lift off of the ground.)
The front suspension seems to be a bit forced. I will look at adding lubrication (through a professional). Instead of being smooth, it kinda “chunks” up and down. The provided gift fenders are certainly appreciated, but very cheap. They constantly bend out of shape.
The stock seat is hard and not pleasant. That said, it’s actually much better than most stock seats.
I don’t normally write in-depth reviews but as this is expensive (to me) and often used, I felt a comprehensive review would be appreciated.
Not sure if this will be censored, but email me at theimprimere@gmail.com (not a sponsor nor affiliated with iniswheel in any capacity).

UPDATE: I have received a response from Isinwheel. They are giving me a credit. Basically, they said the motor is 500w peak power and 350w rated power motor. While I would prefer the bike with the 500w motor as I had ordered, the hassle of returning it was just not worth it. I will say, the company responded to my concerns very quickly and I felt my concerns were heard. The customer service provided is what makes this company stand out. I would take the chance and buy from Isinwheel again. The bike itself is great. It gives me the push I need while bike riding with bad knees. I’d be curious as to the performance with a 500w motor – but it wasn’t meant to be.
Assembly was fairly easy. Took a bit, but I did it on my own. I wish I would have looked closer at the motor hub prior to assembling it. Unfortunately, the motor is 350w when I clearly ordered the 500w. I’ve reached out to the company and am waiting for a response on how this will be handled. Disappointed in the mixup is an understatement. I was looking forward to using the bike and I took time off work to be home when it arrived to reduce the risk of theft.
I will update this when the company responds.

I’m no expert but believe this is by far the best $400 e-bike you can buy. It is exactly as advertised. Bike arrived five days earlier than estimated. Assembly was easy. It is sturdy and looks great in black. Great power and battery life. Seven speeds and five power-assist modes provide the options for any terrain. You can even skip pedaling entirely and use the throttle. But be careful – it will go faster than you need! I’m 64 years old and can ride 35 miles plus on a single charge with ease. It’s equipped with two lights and a comfortable seat. Can’t imagine shelling out $1,000 or more when you can buy this bike for a fraction of the price. Highly recommended.
