The bike itself is ok. The tires are dried and cracked straight out of the box. One inner tube was also punctured and had to purchase a replacement . Assembly is pretty straight forward, but brakes and derailleur both poorly adjusted and needed attention.

Good bike; it’s definitely worth the price, easy to assemble and durable. I had several bikes in the past and this is certainly the best and most comfortable one so far. Also, compared with my wife’s bike, which is a little less expensive but almost in the same price range, it definitely stands out.
Great customer service: it comes with one year warranty. I had a problem with the right crank (I guess I had not fixed the pedal firmly so when biking the pressure on the pedal damaged the threads in the crank hole but I’m not sure if this really damaged the crank or it was something else) and they responded quickly and bought me a new crank set from Amazon.
After almost two months, during which I have used my bike almost every day for couple of hours, I am happy with my purchase and recommend it. It is a good bike specially compared with other bikes in the same range of prices.

This bike is like anything these days, half way done right. I added a new seat, ordered new pedals, wheels, and forks. The pedals are serviceable but will not hold up, the wheels are cheap and the front wheel is warped out of the box *can still ride it but not ideal*, The forks are meant for a different style bike but they used them anyhow I guess.
The reason this got three stars is due to I knew what I was buying to a point before I bought it. I bought this with plans to upgrade it because they cut too many corners when making this bike.
If you want a bike that’s great out of the box, this is not it. If you want something to upgrade so far it seems like a viable option. I will update this review when I get my new parts. I may write customer service about the front wheel just to hold them accountable.

I purchased this bike for my teenage son’s birthday. It’s a size 26” wheel and not only can my son ride it but so can my husband !
This bike is VERY easy to assemble, follow the directions, use the appropriate tools and common sense. I was able to assemble the pedals, front handle bars/breaks as well as the seat. Only one wheel needs to be inflated and is not assembled making it very easy to inflate and install. The rear tire was already installed.
My husband assembled the front wheel and adjusted the chain.
Excellent bike that will last probably through his teenage years. Very impressed !

Three things wrong 1. There is nothing in the description on what adapter is required to put air in tires, I would not have purchased a bike with special stems. Amazon needs to correct this. If I cannot fix this I will be returning the bike. 2. The disk brake plate is bent, I cant ride the bike without air to determine if I need to return the bike or replace the plate! 3. UPS packages are so dirty when they arrive, I need to clean the packages before bring in the house. Spent a lot of time trying to find the air stem adapter to fill the tires and need help!!!!!

For the price it’s a good deal for basic trail riding and for the street. I’m 5’3″ so I could have gone with a 24″ but the 26 is fine. Of all the bikes we’ve owed they have all been in this price range. At my height I really felt like the handle bars are too low. I added an adapter for 7$, well worth it. On huffy and Mongoose you can adjust the height of the bars with out a riser, but this is a thread less system so there’s little adjustment with the spacers. The seat, just like others in the price range isn’t worth putting in the box. I added a nice memory foam gel seat. Some comments led me to belive the valves are presta, can’t remember if it was in the description or not. The valves are called Dunloop. Presta adapters will not work to convert these to Schrader valves. I bought a hand pump for around 20$. Not sure if a presta air compressor attachment will work. The tires were some what inflated on arrival, but I was able to get air into the tube with a blow gun, not to proper psi but enough to try it out and set it up till the pump came. Dual suspension is sufficient I guess, but I wish there was a way to adjust it, I could not find anything in the book about it. The hand grips are, let’s say ruff on the hands, but provide plenty of grip. I use padded gloves, so it’s a non issue. The shifting is smooth and the gears seem better for power and speed than other 21 speed bikes we have.

This bicycle is worse I ever had. I used twice since October 2020 and I have many problems with it. I almost died in a crush because the wheels brakes in a part .
And the parts are very chip for the price of this bicycle. I wish I could returned.
