Phone picks up the tag easily. Hard to identify especially if a bottle is in the cage. Hope I never need to test it out in a theft situation.

Worked perfectly to add a apple tag to my daughters ebike.

There are a lot of imitator products similar to this, but …I think this is the best one. It’s clearly well designed with precise notches for the top/bottom of the Airtag so that it sits snugly and doesn’t rattle around while riding. Bolting the Airtag to the frame prevents thieves from removing it by breaking off cheap reflectors and other peripherals.

Also, the plastic shell is designed with a thin internal rubber/silicon ring for waterproofing around both the outer seam and each screw opening to hopefully prevent water from getting at the Airtag. This is a very nice touch.

Comes with 2 sets of security screws of different lengths that feel good quality. This whole thing should be very hard to remove quickly unless a thief uses an angle grinder to cut the housing directly in half …but hopefully by boldly displaying this device instead of trying to hide it beneath a water bottle cage it’ll disincentivise a pro thief – I bought and installed 2 units across from each other for that very purpose and labelled them with GPS stickers to explicitly say “stay away”.

The only possible upgrade from this would be a holder entirely made of metal/CNC machined so that a thief wouldn’t be able to crack the plastic with brute force. That would be pretty damn expensive though I imagine.

Haven’t had to use these as intended yet. Hopefully I never will.

I’m quite pleased with my two AirTag mounts. They were very easy to install and hides the AirTag fairly discreetly and the “O” rings should keep the water out. If Elevation Lab produce a quality bottle cage with the tag vault built in I would probably buy a few. The anti-tamper screws aren’t really anti-tamper as my cheap torx keys from Mitre10 fitted them. I’m quite impressed by the time it took to ship to Australia from the USA.

this case does what it says it does, but the one that was sent to me didn’t quite seal all the way when I installed it. i’m not worried about it, but if you ride through a lot of wet weather (wet enough to overwhelm the airtag’s waterproof rating, you’ll want to return any case that doesn’t seal properly. otherwise, it’s a terrific product.

Love these airtag holders that bolt onto the water bottle bosses. Very secure, great to have attached at all times.

Easy install. Works like a charm. I have peace of mind knowing if something ever were to happen, I will have enough time to track it down without alerting anyone.

Travelling now and the Air Tag on my bike fitting securely and weather proof is a great idea.
Was surprised how expensive the waterproof cases are but they work beautifully.

After purchasing a brand new Super 73 for well over $2,000, I was looking at way to protect it by tracking it. I needed an easy way to hide an Apple AirTag and this fit the bill. Super easy to install and the package came with two sets of screws and a special Allen wrench to crank it down. Best of all, it looks like it belongs on the bike. If you need one for your Super 73 ZX, don’t hesitate.

Quality construction, easy to install. Not exactly covert but not obvious either; the security screws make it a little safer and harder for someone to quickly discard your air tag. Good waterproof seal, keep the tag secure and dry!
