I bought this to use specifically for my total gym. I have wood floors, and the total gym tends to slide forward with heavier leg press exercises. This solved the problem. Love love the compact design of this mat! It fits my peloton bike perfectly. Seems thicker than the original may that came with my bike. Also happy that i can customize the location so that it stays on the tile versus a traditional long mat that varies in length!

The mat is sturdy and a good size for equipment footing. Would be excellent on a hard floor but too thin for carpet. It will protect the floor well. A great price.

For a machine like rowers that only really touch down in the front and back and not at all in the middle… there’s no real need to get a full length mat. So this works perfectly and keeps my Concept 2 from sliding or scraping the wood floor. And when it’s time to move, it will be easier to just stack these somewhere as opposed to rolling up a long mat like my treadmill mat. Seems durable, not too thin and not too thick either.
