Pretty easy to install and quite sturdy. The elastic net is an excellent addition. I have had about 30-35lbs in it and no issues at all. Can be a bit awkward when riding if the center of gravity is too high, but that is the same for all racks. Havent tried the side frames yet but they are as sturdy as the basket. Would buy this again.

Arrived in good shape. It is a lightweight. Definitely cannot transport another person on it. 🙂 However, will carry a total weight (bike bags, basket) up to 27kg. It is exactly what they say it is.

This is a solid bike basket. It’s fairly easy to install. It’s not so big, so it do not look awkward on a kids bike. However, its large enough to fit back packs in them. Delivery was quick. Happy with purchase.

Super easy installation. Open end wrench was a joke, neither 10mm or 8mm worked, Allen wrench was okay but an actual 10mm and 8mm wrench will be needed, Very sturdy both the rack and the basket. 15min install. Would have no problem buying again. Added a piece of plastic between the rack and basket to keep muck out from the tire. Very nice product!

Installed this on an old second-hand bike I got off facebook. The bike is in ok shape so I didn’t want to spend too much on accessories. This is a great cargo rack and fit my off-brand old bike easily. I want to give 5 stars, but the instructions on installing this aren’t very well written and leave a few steps out. Not a big deal if your average at handy things like Ikea furniture, but I had to take screws out and reinstall them with the washers they came with since steps weren’t clear.

This was the second rack I tried and I’m thankful to say that it fits perfectly! I wasn’t sure it would because the product pictures didn’t provide the best measurements, and I wasn’t sure if it would be long enough to reach the existing screw holes on the frame. However, it fit as if it was made for my bike and I had zero issues with the screws or installation. The basket also is in a good spot so that it doesn’t rub against my back.
Two suggestions: 1) When installing, screw the silver bendy pieces onto the frame first and then attach it to the rack. I think the instructions told you to attach these to the rack first and then to the bike frame, but it should be done the other way around. Also, the little screwdriver provided was basically worthless and I used my own wrench to hold the nuts for tightening.
2) This rack would be perfect if it also came with the option to buy a waterproof cover and/or panniers. I loved that the rack had the basket that was pre-made for it, and the bungee cord cover is great, but I really want a waterproof basket liner/cover and/or pannier that’s made to fit this as well.
P.S. The written installation instructions have some pretty hilarious typos. Thanks for the laugh!

This rear mount basket has good quality overall. Easily holds up 50 pounds strongly. The cover elastic net is handy to prevent big boxes from falling out. Installation instructions are lack in the manual, but not too difficult to install anyway

We got this for our e-bikes. We have the Hyper pedal assist e bikes. They don’t have any holes to mount to for the two metal brackets, so we took off the bolt for the seat and mounted it there. It seems to be working well.

Overall, this is a nice solid bike rack with ample storage for anything you may need to carry. Everything fit together well, except that the eyelets on my bike were too large for the bolts that were provided. So, I had to drill out the bottom holes and use larger bolts; I had some black ones laying around from another bicycle project that fit perfectly. So, not too big of a deal. Happy how it turned out in the end!

I have a full suspension mountain bike. Because of its design (particularly the seat post), it’s almost impossible to install a traditional basket. This one attaches to the spare sprocket holes (check your bike for these) and gets lateral support from what little area is available as far as the seat post goes (you can see how it doesn’t extend all the way to the rest of the frame).
It was easy to install, took about 45 very careful minutes.
The basket is pre-assembled and solidly welded. I believe it is aluminum based on the light weight. It holds my laptop bag* (15.6″ laptop), two 40 oz drinking containers, and even an entire McDonald’s meal deal! Plenty of room for anything you could carry.
The included netting is awesome for making sure that stuff doesn’t fall out over rough pavement.
*In the pic, the bag is diagonal, but it can fit exactly lengthwise in the basket. I just do it this way for balance.

I honestly wish I could still return this basic trash.
The basket isn’t large enough to hold things of significant proportion, the bungie hook ends get uncovered from their rubber stoppers pretty quickly.
Notice there’s no protector attached which would keep water from the street / road off your things in the basket. It’s so stupidly basic. I bought it on a budget – and completely regret it. DON’T get this crap.
