- 7 INCHES IS FRIENDLY TO ANY BODY HEIGHT. Padded bike shorts for women of this length tend to hit at the perfect spot. Make sure your cycling shorts are long enough that they don’t end at the widest part of your thigh; bike shorts should also be long enough to prevent your bare thighs from rubbing against each other and causing a chafing rash.

Good, quality bike shorts that remain where you originally place them on thighs without riding up. Stretchy, quality material with right amount of thickness for an economical price. Stands up to numerous washings and correctly sized. I have come to rely on Baleaf products for sporting and hiking shorts and tops.

I’ve worn these (and washed) every day for the last 8 months on my bike ride.
They haven’t worn out yet. They wash up nicely. They hold my phone tightly in the side pocket. I’ll buy them again if needed.
I do wish they were made with a natural material.

Beginner biker here… my boyfriend and I ride a tandem bike throughout the summer, usually just on short treks to breakfast or around town. Within 10 minutes I’m terribly uncomfortable, but I push through. This summer we’re taking a 50 mile bike trip and I was in a serious panic. Before I started training, I read an article written by a professional biker about the kind of gear I would need and these shorts were recommended as the least expensive best bike shorts. Not only have they made my exercise bike more enjoyable, today we took a 22 mile bike ride and the only things hurting are my thighs! The padding holds its shape and doesn’t smoosh down, no chafing or irritation. (And hello thigh gap!) the legs and waistband don’t roll up or down. Most of all…my pubic bone is not bruised or sore and I stayed dry and comfy. I’ll be ordering a second pair soon. I can’t imagine spending more money on a “professional” pair could be worth it when these seem to be perfect!

Like these and will keep using them, but have had other padded bike shorts that hugged the booty better. It’s all fine when seated, but if you’re standing up and walking around it felt like the padded area moved around too much… too diaper like. 😅 Other than that, I do like them- they didn’t seem see-through at all, they didn’t ride up on the legs, and the waistband was also comfortable.

I love Baleaf cycling clothes. I ride my road bike long distances, and the padding in their shorts and pants is the absolute best. The fit is perfect. And you will not go broke.

I purchased the BALEAF Women’s Padded Bike Shorts a couple of months ago and they’ve quickly become my go-to gear for cycling. These shorts offer an incredible blend of comfort, support, and durability, which has made my almost daily 13 to 15 mile bike rides so much more enjoyable.
Comfort: The padding is just right – thick enough to provide relief on long rides but not so bulky that it feels awkward or restrictive. The soft fabric is breathable and stretchy, and I love how it stays in place without pinching or riding up.
Fit: The fit is true to size and very flattering. The high waistband provides gentle support without digging in, and the shorts offer a snug yet comfortable feel. I’ve worn these for hours, and they never chafe, thanks to the smooth seams and quality material.
Durability: After multiple washes (always hung to dry) and rides, they’ve held up remarkably well. No fading, stretching, or loose threads! The fabric dries quickly, and even after intense workouts, the shorts haven’t lost their shape.
Overall: Whether you’re a casual biker or a serious cyclist (I’m in the middle here), these BALEAF shorts are a fantastic addition to your gear. I highly recommend them for their comfort, quality, and performance. They have been worth the purchase price!
