It’s so very cheaply made, no where near what a bike stand should be. The rubber on the clamp that holds the bike in place isn’t held on by anything but itself. Just part of the rubber pushed through some holes and could easily shift and pop out. The teeth that hold the bike in place when rotating the bike aren’t metal, they’re just plastic like you’d find on an office chair. Any out of alignment and they’d snap right off. This is just a toy model of a bike stand.

When I received this bike stand, it was about 80% assembled. The main thing I needed to do was to remove the stand from the box and extend the two base legs, so they would be flush with the floor and the upright post would be level. I was unable to do that, because a rivet was blocking the rubber sleeve that anchored the two base legs with the upright post, and it prevented the legs from going all of the way down (see photo). No matter how I tried, it would not work. Something was clearly wrong. I explained the situation to Amazon, and was told that the seller would contact me within 24/48 hours. They never did.
I would have never figured out the reason for the problem, but after carefully examining the bike stand, a friend discovered why it did not work. One of the base legs was installed backwards, before I even received the package. Once he installed the leg correctly, instead of the rivet blocking the sleeve from going down, the rivet acted as a limit to keep the rubber sleeve from going too far down, and the legs were perfectly flush with the floor.
A few days later, I received an e-mail from Amazon, wherein the seller stated that I failed to contact them (though they were supposed to contact me), but not only that, that I was also somehow blocking their e-mails. I was incensed and called Amazon again to complain about this miscommunication on the seller’s part.
After some conversation between us, Amazon took care of me, and for that I am very thankful.
As for the product, it appears to be very sturdy. Supposedly, it will hold a 110 lb. bike. I don’t know about that, but my (non-e) mountain bike only weighs about 30-40 lbs., and it is very secure while sitting on the stand.
So, the final score is:
Amazon: 5 stars for exemplary customer service
Bike Stand: 4 stars
(Had the leg not been installed backwards before I opened the package, it would have been 5 stars)
Seller: zero stars!

Our e-bikes weigh 45 pounds without the battery. It appears to be somewhat unstable with this style of bike, the stand wants to fall forward when this bike is mounted to it, just make sure the legs and braces are fully extended and locked. May be a better fit for smaller bikes.

I have worked on bikes (simple stuff) on and off for a few years now but this is my first rebuild bike. I’ve always struggled with flipping the bike around to do this and that and this stand will take all the frustration out with tuning without a stand. The tray did not come with the bolts needed to attach the tray to the stand. Maybe I should have taken off a star for that but others said the company was good about sending the parts…we’ll see! The stand was super easy to put together. It feels like aluminum and it will fold and store away very easily. I may even use it as a bike stand too! Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase.

NOPAARD Heavy Duty Electric Bike Repair Stand was received in excellent condition, stand very well packed with bubble wrap secured in a box which was then placed in another box and then placed in an Amazon box. Just as impressive is the stand itself, with it being 80% assembled already, it was very easy to finish the assembly.
I initially had some reservations on how stable it would be to hold my Volt E-bike which weights in at about 65-70bls without the battery. Surprisingly there was no sway from the stand when my E-bike was mounted and I was turning the crank to test the gear shifting, it’s a very solid setup and simple to use. You are best to secure your bike by the seat post, that’s seems to be the most compatible way of securing it for most common bikes, e-bikes or otherwise. The stabilizer bar is a nice touch as well, although you can get away without it, it’s nice to have. When I bought this repair stand is was listed at $159 with a $20 coupon bringing it down to $139, so compared to all the others similar to it, it is priced very reasonable.

I have used this stand extensively this summer for my bikes – even my 80lb fat tire eBike. The only issue I have with the stand is its weight – when trying to mount a heavier bike the stand gets pushed around a bit while trying to get in in the clamp. I have a couple of bricks and a plank that I put across the legs when putting on the ebike to make it easier. I see this as a problem with any free standing bike stand not just this product.
The stand seems well thought out. It’s easy to use and folds up compactly. I do worry that the plastic parts may not stand the test of time but I have used it heavily now for a few months and it’s weathering well so far.

This is well made and I was able to hang my 75 pound ebike to degrease and lubricate both of my ebikes. Super product. Thank you!

This stand is exactly what I was looking for. I am not a professional bike mechanic. but, I have and e-bike I need to adjust brakes and work on occasionally, I am also restoring my 1973 Holdsworth Record So I started to upgrade my bike tools and needed a stand to lift the bikes on to. This stand has a tray for tools and parts including a magnetic area to keep screws and nuts from rolling away. The stand folds down to store when I don’t need it and can be set up in just a couple minutes. I also like that I can put the stand in the driveway when I am doing messy things like cleaning and lubricating.

I haven’t used the repair stand yet, but even after assembly, this is an incredibly built tough product. My only suggestion is to oil screw threads….it just makes a fantastic repair stand even better and easier to assemble. I can’t wait for my RADCity eBike to be on this stand for maintenance and/or adjustment!!!

Hi, I have a lectric 3.0 xp ebike, and this is my 1st stand I’ve bought and it held my ebike just fine overnight so I think it can hold the weight just fine, however it’s easy to make the stand wobble while the bike is being held which gives me concern if I’m applying force on the bike to loosen the nuts or bolts, the design of this stand does seem like a standard, but there are some stand types with a 3rd leg and when or if I’m in the market for a new stand I might try one that has a 3rd or even 4th leg
