Bought 2 of these for my boys birthdays. They were easy to assemble and the boys love them! No complaints here! Would buy again if needed

After 10 minutes, I had a hole in my tire. Not the greatest feeling. Instructions for the bike in paper version very confusing. Anyway… what I am most disappointed from is Amazon’s customer service. Price policy not excisting! Help online, not really here nor there. Chat is a robot and you feel like talking to a wall. Call service leaves you hanging after a 20min wait.
From now on I’ll go back to retail! At least there is someone who can actually provide help and assistance.

Upon delivery, the tube in the tire had a hole in it. Had to purchase a replacement tire.

Unfortunately the bearing arrangement in the steering in low quality and we had to return item. Wouldn’t recommend this item.

The bike frame is fine… When it comes to the braking system… Run away. The brakes do not work at all and can not be adjusted. The ride on the tires and my 8 year old can not even pull the handlebar breaks. I am truly disappointed for over 200.00. DO NOT BUY.
