I love everything about this hydration backpack. I have never owned one, and I am easily overwhelmed by the number of options online—different sizes, ugly colors, etc. So many packs had bells and whistles that I do not need. I want something efficient, minimal, and long-lasting.

Then – I found this. I’m blown away by the quality and attention to detail with Thule. It’s designed just the way I need without a bunch of bells and whistles. The pockets are great, and the water pack is easy to fill up. Inside is a designed splash resistant pack. Meaning the weight of the water won’t splash all over the place as your run and feeling uncomfortable.

If you’re reading this – I HIGHLY recommend spending the extra penny for this.

Took me a while to find the right hydration pack that I was looking for. I wanted one for mountain biking, that held enough water, wasn’t TOO bulky, but also had enough space and pockets for carrying necessary stuff while I’m on the trail. I tried 2 other packs and returned them; one was too small, the other too large. This Thule is JUST RIGHT. PLUS, it even has this really cool magnetic thing on the nozzle so when you’re done drinking some water, you can let it fall down and it connects and sits sungly against your chest, instead of bouncing all over the place like most others do.

Highly recommend this pack to other folks looking for one

My son loves his 6l Youth bag, especially the magnetic hose retainer. It’s a perfect fit on him at about 140cm height, a height which adult bags are still much too long for. My only criticism is the bag’s volume. In practice it falls far short of the stated 6l total volume (bladder + storage combined). This is the only reason I’ve marked it down 1 star.

Taken this bag on long hikes in Colorado and Oregon. Really nice bag with only a couple downsides
    1. the included Hydropak is a non-standard size so finding a 2nd bag or replacement will be difficult. most companies use 2L or 3L. this bag has a 2.5L
    2. The back can get pretty warm when the reservoir is full and it’s pressed against your back.

Bag has held up with no rips and all zippers still in good shape.
    Would buy again

I was hesitant to buy this because of all the manufacturered reviews but decided to give it a try. I really like this hydration pack. It’s slim and well designed overall with high quality materials and zippers. It doesn’t have a lot of pouch storage, but I knew that and it’s fine. My main complaint and the reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because there’s no way to disconnect the hose from the bladder. At this price I’d expect a push button release as seen on other bags, but at least it should be able to unscrew. Otherwise, great bag. The cyan color looks awesome, too. I use this primarily when riding dirt bikes.

    Update July 5th 2021
After less than a year of using this, the loop that holds the bladder up has ripped and this bag is no longer usable. I dropped my rating from 4 stars to 3.

Good quality small backpack perfect for carrying a few items. Great alternative to overstuffing the pockets.

Thule macht sehr gute Produkte.
