This is a fantastic product, easy to install as it come on and off very easily.
It helps you turn your normal bike to training indoors bike. Very very strong and fits all bikes.
It is exactly as described, and I recommend it especially for the functionality and the price.

Needed a new skewer for my bike trainer this replacement worked great for me!

It’s a universal road bike skewer. It’s slightly longer than a standard skewer but only by 10mm, than my cross bike at least.
Works fine.

Barely enough threads grab hold. It would be much better if there were a good amount of threads to grab hold of.
A half inch more of threads would make this a 5-star rating.

The Good:
-All steel construction
-Smooth locking mechanism
-Threading seems strong
-Nut seems better than what you typically get on bikes from the factory
The OK:
-Nothing
The Bad:
-Quick release skewer design doesn’t always keep the wheel perfectly in place (this is a flaw in the design and why many bikes are choosing through axels now)
If you need a replacement quick release skewer this is a quality option. They made it all from steel and doesn’t seem to have significantly more weight that the standard plastic/metal versions. The threads seem solid and the nut appears better than the typical plastic/metal you frequently get from the factory. Quick release designs are flawed in the fact that wheels can slip slightly in the frame and cause misaligned wheels and brakes. It’s easy to fix but can be really annoying vs the through axel designs on many newer bikes that don’t allow this movement and are easier to set correct tightness. Overall, they are offering a potentially better than factory option here and if you have this design this is an easy yes if you don’t want to get a new frame.
