The gloves are warm enough, but the finger tips for using your phone or touch screens aren’t very useful.

    UPDATE
Hikenture reached out to me to apologize for the defective product and offered me a full refund. Great customer service, above and beyond. I will definitely purchase from them going forward.

the gloves are great at keeping my hands warm during those early morning winter rides. They do run slightly larger than I expected, but they are well made and the padding inside does not hinder your hand movement. Overall well worth the price.

Excelente producto, si son resistentes al agua, protege muy bien vs el frΓo y si puedes utilizar el celular sin quitΓ‘rtelos, definitivamente comprare otros para alternarlos

  4. AC

I guess for the price these are ok but on only a 45 degree night and riding for 30 minutes, my hands were ice cold by the end. True to size and comfortable but ok at best, far from great.

I’m pushing 80 with not good circulation in my hands and these are sufficient for moderately cold weather road cycling for me. What I really love though is the comfortable fit, best ever. I usually take a large and they are true to that size.

  6. David A. Kline

These fit me perfectly. I have thick hands and wrists, but my fingers are not long. Most gloves that are wide enough for my hands and wrists have fingers that are too long. Gloves with shorter fingers that fit for finger length are too tight in the hands and wrists. So if you have thick, stubby hands, these gloves are great. They are for light weather, 40-50 degrees, not so much for winter temps below 30 degrees. (F)

Wore them just as general gloves on the coldest of days, and they worked great. I had them before for winter riding, and they are functional. Fit is nice, it feels like a good value.

  8. Phil Howell

I needed a pair of gloves to wear when cycling during colder weather that weren’t too thick so I could still work shifters, brakes, etc. These looked good so I ordered a pair in XL, the size I usually wear in gloves. They arrived the next day and turned out to be large on my hands. As they were perfect for what I needed, I exchanged the XL pair for a L pair. The L size fits my hands well. The gloves are warm enough for rides down to about 38 degrees F (after 30 minutes fingers start to get a little cool, but not cold) and enable phone use just as advertised. The Hikenture Winter Cycling Gloves are excellent cold-weather gloves for cycling — I also use them when I walk or need a pair of cold-weather gloves that aren’t bulky.

UPDATE: I rode yesterday in 32-degree F weather. My hands were icy while wearing these gloves. These are excellent cool-weather gloves but aren’t for temperatures near freezing or below.

I have done bike rides at 40 F wearing these gloves, and my fingers did not feel cold. However, I think that the fingers would feel pretty cold in these gloves in the low to mid 30s. The gloves are comfortable and provide good grip. The index fingers of these gloves are supposed to be tactile-sensitive, allowing one to use a smartphone while wearing the gloves. That is only partially true. While wearing these gloves, you can enter the phone’s numerical access code and dial phone numbers, but it’s very difficult to type a text message or type search terms on a web browser. It’s best to use a smartphone with the gloves off.
