    Product received damaged. Supplier will not respond, requested a return but now have to pay for shipping. The fender was damaged and wheels are not round so rub against brake pads. This is an awful product so don’t make the same mistake.

    Arrived with parts missing and some scratches but the vendor promptly gave me a refund. Once I sourced the parts and got the bike working I was happy with it. I like the look and it works well.

    I am good at putting things together; however, the directions for this bike was unclear and not accurate There wasn’t one section that wasn’t an issue to assemble. The directions skipped key steps and I had to figure it out by trial and error. The bell is laughable, and doesn’t fit on the handlebars. No suggestions as to where to place the reflectors. The illustrations were confusing and actually made things worse. This was an exercise in frustration. Maybe the only thing worse is I can’t even try to ride it as it came with a flat front tire!!
