I had to take the bike to a bike shop for assembly. Assembly cost $180.00. The back fender arrived dented. Otherwise, cute bike and sturdy.

Pros: This bike is cute and comfortable to ride.
Cons: Bike arrived damaged (back fender had a large dent, several scratches on handle bars, fork was bent), the directions for assembly were for a completely different bike. I was able to get everything on based on the images on Amazon, but the tools provided couldn’t tighten the seat (height and swivel) or handle bar tight enough. I ended up having to take it to a bike shop and paying them to complete the assembly.
Once accurately assembled, it’s great!
