My biggest complaint is that the saw still moves a bunch in the mount frankly making it super loud just riding along. The sleeve for the bar is also a fairly cheap plastic and the chain has cut through on mine after less than a have dozen uses – likely from the bouncing around.
Brake levers need to be put in a pretty specific position to avoid mount.
Good customer service when I needed to reach out for a missing part.
