These will slip on just about any belt or bag waistband. Description says 10L but I think they meant 1.0 liter. Sturdy and well made along with being lightweight. Put two of them on my Gregory backpack for a little extra accessible storage. So far holding up well.

Fits well. Quality of material and zippers seems good. Perfect for hydration pack and everything else you need for a day hike.

I bought this because I needed a low-profile backpack that I could wear on the ski lift (I’m an avid snowboarder), and that could hold a few critical items securely and comfortably. This pack is pretty much perfect for the need: holds about (3) 34-oz bottles of water (the size of Life Water and SmartWater bottles), plus a small handful of snacks. The extra pouch is great for keys and a debit card (for snacks at the lodge). So far, seems well-built and durable… but I’ve only had it out one weekend so far, so the jury is still out on that. Overall, well worth the money. Very happy with the purchase.

I started out getting just the Freemove water bladder and insulated carrier to replace my old one. I inserted it into my old daypack and was told by my hiking partner that I should get something lighter. Well, it seemed logical to try this, since I thought it would fit my water bladder perfectly and it was a great price. I have been on one 8 mile hike with it so far, and it worked out great. I could fit all my essentials into it, and it was comfortable and lightweight. Even on my smaller frame, a narrower pack like this one allows for better ventilation, since not as much of my back is covered. It is very adjustable to fit people of different sizes. One of the sternum straps came off, but we figured out how to get it back on using a flathead screwdriver to open up the clasp and fit it back on to the pack’s ribbing (got the idea watching a YouTube video). I attached my keys to one of the inside loops for added security. That worked out fine. I appreciated all the pockets and loops, especially the ones for my hiking poles! This is an outstanding daypack for the price. I also appreciate that Freemove has great accessories for cleaning the water bladder. The tablets work great.

I wanted this little bag to use as a fanny pack attached to my hip belt of my larger pack and it looks well made and will do the job, but there is only one issue I think that will become a pain. It is that the size of the loops for the belts is fine for a standard pant belt and it sort of will work on a hip belt of a pack except it is too small to just slide over the buckle of the hip belt when attached. They need to make the loops to attach to the belt twice as large. Now I will need to attached it each time I put on the pack which could be made more easier by just having larger belt loops.

Only drawback is that it needs additional pouches

Great lightweight hydration backpack. Comfy, padded waist clip and slim design.

    Some how-to’s
    – Trekking pole holders, use FOUR parts = (elastic loop at top Plus the black band at bottom of pack to not have it flop around) times two.
    – Tube clip: Rotate it! to adjust to your angle.
    – And, minor negatives (Easy fixes) are the 1. detachable external pocket gets in the way of swinging your arms while trekking, so easy remove. And, 2. “Strong handle” at the neck is annoying so I just cut it off.
    – overall a great bag.
    – It fits my 2 liter and I can also squeeze in my almost-3 liter reservoir.

This backpack is perfect for short hikes! I prefer this to a regular size day pack because it is smaller and much less cumbersome. It has storage and outlet for a hydration bladder bag. There is a side pocket which is ideal for storing a cell phone. Since the pocket is right on the belt at waist left, your cell phone is always easily accessible to take that impromptu picture or answer a necessary phone call without having to take off the pack or even stop walking! There are enough other pockets to bring snacks, and other necessities as well.
The quality of the fabric and zippers are impressive. I’ve used this backpack 4-5 times a week now for several months and it continues to look and operate like new! I would highly recommend this product to frequent walkers and hikers!

I am a 48 year old woman (128 lbs) and this is a great size for me. It has pockets and areas for just about everything EXCEPT a water bottle. It is set up for a “bladder” for water instead. Lightweight and seems to be made well. I live in Hawai’i where there is high salt air so we will see if the zippers corrode over time. I’m looking forward to using this tomorrow. I do agree with some of the reviews that the strap in front seems to be placed right across my chest (not good for a woman). I did adjust some of the shoulder straps to see if this would help, I guess tomorrow will tell.

UPDATE: I have taken this hiking twice this week. I was able to adjust the straps so the chest strap didn’t go right across my chest which was really good. The side pouch is in a terrible location for me as it rubs my inner arm (granted I am in Hawai’i so I’m not wearing sleeves). It rubbed so badly that I removed it (easy) and attacked it to the back of the backpack. I lost the convenience unfortunately but at least I can use the pocket still. I wish there were side net pockets for my water bottle, I’m going to try to make one. Overall I do really like this although for me I would look for one with side net pockets next time. Great waist belt to help with comfort. This is a small pack- good for a day hike. It stayed dry inside when it rained.
