Five Ten Freerider Canvas

Muy cómodos y resistentes. Los probé en un terreno suave pero aun me falta someterlos a más esfuerzos. Pero se ven muy resistentes y muy cómodos. El numero llegó tal cual lo pedí y calzaron perfectamente.

Didn’t realize how nice a stiff soled grippy shoe would feel.

These make me feel firmly locked into my bontregar flat pedals. The pedals have 4mm studs and the 5.10s feel great on them.

They run true to size and give me enough room for my toes. I typically wear wide toebox flat shoes and these are quite similar.

The toe box is sturdy and prevented me from banging my foot into curbs and rocks at a slow speed.

Only complaint is there isn’t much padding on the top of the foot and the material is kind of hard. Comfy enough on the bike but I’m switching out of these immediately if I’m not riding.

Toe box is a bit small, did not find a way to order an E width. I wear 10.5 shoes and ordered an 11, maybe a 11.5 would have been a better size for my high instep foot. Cushioning is very good in heel and over the arch, style is good my lady likes them…

I’ve had people tell me you can wear these shoes all day long wherever you go. I suppose they would be fine if you like thin hard sole shoes, but I don’t. I don’t really care about that though, because these shoes are great for riding bikes! The tread pattern grips the pedals extremely well, and the soles are nice and stiff for maximum power transfer to the pedals. This is exactly what I hoped for so 5 stars! And the $55-ish price here on Amazon was way better than the over $100 price at REI. (Sorry REI guys, you were nice, but I didn’t want to pay double for the same shoes) I normally like to wear shoes with wide toe boxes (Altra), so these feel a little snug in the toe area, but it’s probably like normal shoes, and since I just wear them while biking, it’s not really a big deal. The size of these shoes seems true, I just ordered my regular size and they fit great. The only disappointment was that there was no strap or anything to tuck your laces into to prevent them from getting caught in your bike chain like some other bike shoes have, so I just tuck them under the laces that crisscross the shoe’s tongue.

Hace ya mucho que quería comprarme unos tenis five ten pero es cierto que el precio no las hace tan asequibles y menos para aquellos que solo tenemos por hobby el salir a dar paseos por la ciudad o alguna ciclovia. Los que se dedican un poco más a esto o practican downhill o andan en senderos quizás son los que más opten por invertir en un par de tenis de esta marca.

Ya había escuchado buenos comentarios así que empecé a buscar y encontré este modelo en oferta, hice mi pedido pero después de casi un mes de espera amazon me canceló el pedido y no se por qué motivo. No pude optar por seguir esperando a recibirlos ya que amazon también eliminó el pedido de mi lista de compras, al ingresar de nuevo el mismo modelo subió de precio pero seguía en oferta así que volví a comprarlos y esta vez si me llegaron, los compré más caros que el primer precio al que los vi pero seguían estando más baratos que a su precio original así que al final fueron buena compra.

La calidad es muy buena, había leído que vienen ajustados así que pedí media talla de la que suelo usar en calzado y me quedaron bien aunque se sienten justos aún pero creo que debería ser así para evitar que se te salgan o tengan algo de juego en tus pies ya que este calzado ofrece protección a golpes leves por lo que se podría decir que es la serie de entrada de five ten.

Los otros modelos son más rígidos y ofrecen protección contra golpes más fuertes o caídas y otros modelos son impermeables. Estos te ayudan en caso de algún golpe con tus pedales o ramas y piedras, cosas así. Quizás por la descripción no lo parezcan pero son muy cómodos y ligeros, la suela tiene buen agarre en tus pedales por lo que no se resbalan, se sienten robustos en su construcción por lo que dan la sensación de que te van a durar un buen tiempo, ya hasta estoy pensando en comprar otros en un color distinto y usarlos más casuales o del diario.

Been riding in my sneakers for years but recently started going on longer rides where my feet would be hurting real bad after 5 miles. Picked these up and what a difference. I wear a size 10 sneaker and boot and they size 10s fit me perfect. Off the bike they’re a little stiff and clunky walking around but not annoyingly so. On the bike there comfortable and feel absolutely planted on my pedals. Only have about 30 miles on them so for but the soles still look brand new. Durability seems great. Definitely worth the price.

Great wearing shoe I would recommend.
