I have ridden several hundred miles in these bibs now in temps down into the mid 30’s with on bike windchills in the 20’s and these have kept my legs warm and my feet moving. Great value for the money and the padding is bombproof thus far. I will update as time goes one if there is any loss of integrity sooner than expected. The only issue is they fit a bit small on the sizing though not enough to neccesity returning for a larger size, 6’2 200 athletic build and i needed the XL’s in this a XXL would have probably also fit but i think would have been a bit loose in places.

I read a lot of reviews about bike clothes which basically are totally useless rubbish. Here’s a helpful one for you. I am 5’8″ weigh 180. I am solid, not weedy, have no gut, and have big legs – inseam at 32inches. I usually wear a LG in Pearl Izumi, Craft, Voler, etc. I needed some bib tights for gravel/mountain bike rides during winter weather and saw no reason to shell out 150.00 for something that would get ripped/torn by rocks, briars, underbrush, etc, so I gave these a shot. Like everybody, I got these in the mail and had a gander. Unlike most people, I immediately slapped an appropriate amount of chamois butt’r on the ‘diaper’, and climbed in. Then I did a 100k gravel grinder. Starting from the beginning, fit was ‘euroman snug’ – this is a race fit, lads – and fit true to the general guidelines for that. Leg length was spot on – no xtra material, neither too long or too short. Straps fit fine, not too tight, not loose. I’d call the whole fit “supportive, but not restrictive”. At the 26 degree start, I was totally comfortable, but I am a hearty New Englander, YMMV. The fabric is kinda fleecy. As the day warmed up to 55 degrees, I felt warm, but never felt too hot. As the man-suit settled in and stretched out, there was no bagging behind knees or in the very important ‘bathing suit area’. Now that we are down to brass-tacks, the diaper in this unit is a large, sprawling affair, but not overly huge – maybe the Fancy brands are a little more compact? Yes, they defs are. What then is the come-up as they say? Well, I spent 5 hours in these and had no particular chafing, pinching, or discomfort. In fact, I forgot I was wearing anything special – which is prolly pretty much what you need to hear. I will point out here that I ride A LOT and my undercarriage is pretty tough, and what works for me might absolutely savage your tender bits. Still, I feel that the padded area was totally OK. Since then, I tossed them in one of those laundry bags for delicates, and ran them thru a generic warm/warm cycle and hung them to dry. No stickers/labels/logos got shredded in the wash, and everything was ship-shape for a follow up ride. Zippers, which are often a concern, seem fine. All in all, I am surprised and delighted to get such a bargain, and when these inevitably get ripped or whatever, I won’t be as bummed as if I spent a buck and a half on them. I think that I would buy more Santic items based on the performance of these. I hope that this helps.

These tights are comfortable. I usually wear when temps are in the mid to upper 50’s. My only complaint is I wish the ankles were tighter. I purchased a size medium. I’m 5’8″ and 150 pounds. They are an excellent value.

These fit me great and they have kept me warm down to the low 30’s F. They are very comfortable and have a nice pad.

I prefer bib pants when bike riding and these pants have performed great. I even purchased a second pair. I’m in a colder climate and use these bib pants only for colder days. I don’t typically ride when temps are below freezing. For me, these bibs are very comfortable for road riding from freezing up to about 60 degrees. Maybe up to 55 degrees for mountain biking. These bibs would be to warm for me when outside temps are higher. I bought XL size which is one size larger than normal for me and they fit perfectly. The bibs don’t restrict movement and have been very comfortable including the butt pad. I’ve washed them several times and they seem to be holding up like new. These bibs seem to be a great value for riders that might not need the absolute highest performing bib pants that cost four times as much.

This is a comfortable bib that kept me warm on today’s short ride.
To give you a sense, here are the relevant parameters:
    Distance: 20miles
Speed (to account for headwind): 16mph
Temperature: 45-50F (I did not feel chilly throughout the duration, nor was it toasty.)
    Weather: Colorado Sunny
    Wind: 5mph

    Material:
    – Relatively good quality for the price
    – Somewhat breathable (though I did not perspire much)
    – No abrasion experienced
    – Chamois pad was supportive for my delicate parts, and it was hardly noticeable once on the saddle

    Sizing info:
I am 5’10 (178cm), 150lb (68kg), Asian built, and am wearing the LARGE.
(Pictured here with this jersey: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07HGWWY9W/ )
    – Overall fits well
    – It feels a couple of inches short (see photo), but nothing that cannot be fixed with long socks.
    – Will probably fit those of you who are 10-20lbs heavier than I am.
