Unpaid, unsolicited review. But figured i would review because i wasn’t sure by reading other comments.
I use it in MN and have used it this winter so far, using for commute biking ~ 6 miles each way. The hat fits well, and is not overly tight. Hat size i think i normally wear a 7 1/4, longer not round. The air temp has been as low as 13 degrees F. My head has been toasty warm without issues, and i think i would be able to get down to 0 F. I do break a bit of a sweat, but overall not too bad.
The only negative i have, and may not be for people with a rounder head, i do get some wind noise in the ears because it isn’t super snug, but feel that is a valid trade off to where my ears are not squished to my head.
Overall i would say it is a good hat to fit under a helmet without giving up much space to continue to keep the helmet to work.

I purchased 5 different skull caps. I really like the size, shape, and color of this one. It fits my big head very well, and provides good coverage. Of the 5 I tried, I like this one the best. It is thicker than the other 4 caps, but I wish it ever even thicker to provide even more warmth. Or if they made a separate and thicker cap that would be great.

Me gusto que se ajusta perfectamente a mi cabeza, y cubre inclusive el area de las orejas.
Tal vez no retiene mucho el calor, pero para situaciones de no mucho frio creo que es suficiente, inclusive si solo lo usas para compartir un cuarto con aire acondicionado

Works great under my bicycle helmet. Thin enough to fit under the helmet, insulated enough for 30 degree rides. Covered my ears well even with glasses on. Would highly recommend for any activity in the cold.
