Fit perfectly in our older panel when I needed to add a circuit.

These are quality “Plug In Style” Square D, QO Tandem Circuit Breakers. Installation took about 5 minutes. These will provide the ability to connect 2 circuits using just one slot in your QO panel. They are well made with a solid case construction. The QO breakers provide an indicator window that will display if the breaker is tripped.

If you need the hook style breaker, you will need to purchase a different breaker. This one will not work. They are similar in appearance, but have a slightly different part number, and connect to the QO panel differently.

A QUARTER the price the electrician quoted me per tandem breaker, not including labor (guess where the profit is going) and 25% more expensive than the local big box store. We had a wind storm go through and 3 of our breakers in the full box fried their contact points on the center bar (40 year old box also). With those essential circuits being down in the house, I had to quickly switch wire/ breaker position to keep food and lighting and internet running. Since I’m gone 14.5 hours a day with my work schedule/ commute, the fastest option to restore that power was these overpriced tandem breakers that got delivered to my doorstep. They worked as they should and saved me money compared to installation from a tradesman, but cost more than if I could have gone to the big box store and bought them.. hence the 4-stars.

We needed to free up some circuits in our electrical panels and this made it a breeze. The double breaker basically doubles the number of circuits possible in your panel. Better yet, it was right at about one half the cost of our local provider.

Worked great, stores in my area wanted $100-125 for the same thing. I will look here for my next buy.
