I was looking to replace my 15 years old bike which got so many worn out parts that replacing them would cost more than a new one. So I started browsing the hybrid bikes and the vast majority were so cheap and all looked similar. This one although it says the manufacturer is from Bangladesh, on the box had Made in China.
To pick one from the many, I looked for the ones that mention weight and aluminum frame. Finally I settled on this one.
The bike came un-damaged mostly assembled and what was left to do was pretty simple and easy to accomplish. Few things needed a bit of tune-up. The bike is surprisingly efficient, a bit heavier than a 10x more expensive ones. But it all keeps together and functions. Everything that can be made of plastic is made of plastic, I wonder how long will it last. The shifter shifts the gears but one needs to handle it with care, not too much pressure while shifting, this is definitely not a high performance bike meant to win races. I am not into races so that’s fine with me.
I would have gladly payed a bit more for a bit better quality, but I could not find one that fit the bill. At least not in the Hybrid bike class. I am a recreational rider and don’t like the inconvenient position that a real road bike forces you into.
To summarize, it’s a good deal so far. I rode 60 miles on it (in chunks of 20 each). No drama… Started to like it.

The bike is even nicer than I expected.
I’ve not ridden much yet but trust me I’ll update with more pics and thorough review.
    It was easy to assemble.
No scratches on paint at all.
    Lightweight!
I thought the wheels were supposed to be like 35 or 50mm but these are clearly 25 or less, they’re road tires.
The few gears that I went through, were smooth like butter.
Low gears are very low, I should be able to climb any hill.
The color is amazing and I like the yellow accents.
I upgraded the handlebars, seatpost, pedals and the neck.

The only discrepancy with the Product Description I must point out: it took me 80 minutes at a moderate pace to assemble the bike. (I am not a novice: my 2 previous models were Vilano Diverse 3.0, requiring even more work). I am perfectly OK with 80 vs 20 minutes, but some people are finicky about time estimates, hence the remark above.

A good news: the bike does not require a post-assembly visit to your neighboring bike shop to fine-tune it. (However, such a visit may be prudent/safe/advisable to do so after someone assembles a bike for the first time or so.)

The bike is definitely lighter than compatible models by Dick’s Sporting Goods.

Amongst my personal preferences: the Schrader valve, the [normally optional] kickstand, and the Black&Gold coloring.

I’ve double-checked the tire width (25c) ahead of time; so, no unpleasant surprises for me here.
