It came with all the tools needed to finish assembly, bike lock and tire pump. You’ll need to purchase a tire pressure gauge separately. This bike is my daily rider on suitable days. My commute to work is 3 miles. I’ve had this bike now for a few months and I’ve logged over 400 miles on it. Thought I had a problem with the bike and reached out to their customer support and they responded within 24hrs. I forgot there was a separate power switch on the battery, flipped it back on and solved my “issue”. Rides nice enough for a bike. Top speed is 32mph going downhill. On flat land I get about 25mph. Going uphill with a decent incline I get about 20mph. 3 levels of pedal assist. Battery life is decent. Going to work (3 miles with a couple hills) is no problem. Pretty sure I could make a few round trips without charging but I like to keep it charged up. This thing does look nice, like a beefed up BMX. All my friends and coworkers think it looks pretty decent too. The headlight is bright enough to be seen but I really wouldn’t want to ride through the countryside at night. For an ebike that can go 30+mph for just over $500, I feel like this is a great value for my hard earned money. My only complaint is that it’ll cost $90 if I want to get a back rack for storage and the display cluster is a little difficult to read in bright sunlight.

Beware – We purchased this bike and within less than two weeks of receiving and riding the bike, the tire stem on the rear wheel is defective and the wheel went completely flat and won’t hold air. This can be extremely dangerous on a bike that goes this fast, thank goodness my son wasn’t riding the bike at the time this happened. We reached out to the seller about the issue, and they asked us to try replacing the part first. After we replaced the part, it still did not resolve the issue, which proved it’s a larger/frame issue and the bike needed to be replaced – we were sold a defective bike, and the seller then told us we were now conveniently past their one month return window (because we took the time to try to replace the part as the seller requested), and they refused to grant us a refund or a replacement – despite the fact that we submitted this issue only two weeks after receiving the bike. For a bike priced this high, we were very disappointed with quality and lack of customer service by the seller. Thankfully amazon has great customer service.

It arrived on time as scheduled and the assembly was fairly straightforward.
However, the back tire popped off the rim when I inflated it before it got to 20psi. I had to deflate it, work it back onto the rim and inflate it again to no more than 20psi. It seemed fine until I rode it for a test lap around a parking lot, but then saw it was bulging out by the rim again. Not sure the cause, but I reached out to the seller, so I’m hoping they’ll help me resolve it.
I’m excited to go on a real ride and I’ll update my review once I get to do that. Hoping it’ll be a 5 star after they respond.
Update 9/17… I’ve been in contact with the manufacturer/seller for a solid month now trying to get the tire replaced. Took it to a bike shop and the tire was defective and the manufacturer agreed to send me a new tire and inner tube, great! Well I’ve been following up to get a tracking number or any indication it’s been shipped. The last thing I heard from them was 2 weeks ago, asking me to give them 3 days to ship it and reach out again to get the tracking. Every 3 days since then I’ve reached out to follow up and they haven’t responded. I shouldn’t have to buy a replacement tire for the defective one but I might need to at this point so I can finally ride it for more than a lap around the block. I’m disappointed to say the least. Downgraded to 1 Star until I can actually ride the thing and give a proper review.
Update 11/2024. Got the tire and tube from the company a while back. Shipping was a little slow, so if you have this issue be patient. Took it to a shop for repair because it was the back wheel and seemed very complicated. They changed it for $20 so that was well worth not doing it myself.
Since then I’ve been riding it with nothing but joy. My BF even said I’m so happy I look like a kid on Christmas every time I’m on it. It’s a lot of fun and I get around so quickly on it. Looking for ways to raise the seat to fit me a little better and a few other minor customizations, but otherwise I love it. Definitely recommend it.
