    I used these for express spin class. They run wide though and my feet are narrow. It’s nice that they are wide bc my feet swell and there is also room to move well but because they are Velcro secured sometimes it’s hard to keep them tight on my foot. I’ve only used these for maybe 4 or 5 classes and the shoes are already loose on me. I’m making them work but I can tell I will have to get a new pair soon. I only rate them 4 because of the Velcro. I have very narrow and high arched feet. I’m a US size 8 1/2. I was advised to buy a size slightly bigger for spin bc you need room to move in the shoe but I’m finding I will need a pair that use laces or straps for securing. I do love the way the shoe look and it’s nice I can get off the bike and walk around a bit. I wouldn’t workout off the bike with these shoes on unless you take the pegs off. The pegs are easy to install and there are two areas on the bottom of the shoe to install the pegs. I was advised to put the pegs closer to my toes but I find that I like the pegs on the further down area because I have long tingers hahah! (Finger toes) over all this is a good shoe for someone who has wider feet on due to the Velcro not being easily tightened on a narrow foot.

    The shoes in person are so beautiful with a breathable material. They fit just right without needing to size up or down. They were very comfortable to ride with and easy to clean. They even feel so comfortable off the bike that I did some errands after my cycling ride and felt like regular sneakers. The only thing is that the bottom clip that came with the shoe did not fit the pedal at the “Cyclebar” cycling studio where I ride. But one of the instructors changed the original clip with one of the ones at the studio and the problem was solved. It is also very easy to screw in the clip on the bottom shoe and it comes with the tools needed. OVERALL RECOMMEND THESE SHOES FOR SURE!

    Están super bonitos, son parecidos a los tenis TIEM, todo bien, solamente agregaría que no me gusta que cuando camines se escuchen por el clip, pero de ahí en fuera, todo excelente.

    I like the actual shoe but would warn that they run large and wide. The clips, however, did not work. They look identical to what I need but they would NOT clip in. I ended up throwing them away and using my old clips. The actual shoes are comfortable though. Easy to slip on and off and the recessed clips make it so easy to jump off the bike and do weights without switching shoes.

    It was previously used! However, I had to use it for my classes. Before each class, I have to tighten the screws on the bottom, or else they fall down! The shoes themselves are good and nice looking but not for cycle classes!

    I like that these spin shoes have more of a recessed cleat so I don’t have to switch shoes during bike boot camp classes. They are pretty true to size but maybe run just maybe slightly larger. I normally wear a size 8 and that’s what I ordered.

    Expect to pay more. The shoes themselves are comfortable but the clips are very poor quality and did not work. Needed to get quality clips from local bike shop for shoes to be usable.

    Están muy bonitos los tenis pero si vienen grandes. Yo pedí 24 MX y cuando recibí la caja viene etiquetado como 7 americano, que eso equivale a un 25 MX, los tengo que devolver pero cuando tenga mi reembolso los solicitaremos de nuevo
