Obviously this is not a “seat bag” but instead is a “rack bag” or “trunk bag”. Also, it is MUCH larger than 4 liters. The volume by the outside dimensions is well over 7 liters. Inside is probably at least 6 liters. However, besides all that, this is a very nice bag. Seems to be well made. The material will hold the bags’ shape regardless of the contents. Zippers open and close smoothly and easily and opening the two zippers provides easy access to the interior.. There are no internal partitions, which, in my experience, just result in wasted space. Fits perfectly on an Ibera Pakrak Mini seat-post mounted rack (which is too short for most rack bags.)
