This trainer stand is phenomenal. I am using it because the Texas heat is too much for outdoor activities. I ride merely for exercise. This trainer stand is quiet and very easy to assemble. I had it put together and the bicycle on in 30 minutes. It is also very sturdy.

All is good with this item. Solidly built and easy to put on bike. I asked seller if they had trainer tires that are supposed to reduce the noise. They said no but gave me a $20 Amazon gift card. If you are going slow on your bike the noise is not too bad. If you go really fast it increases substantially. The bike shop said they can get a tube and tire that is a trainer tire for indoors. I’ll have to see if it reduces the noise. I use with ear phones while watching a movie and I cannot hear the noise much then. I am concerned about the neighbors. So far no complaints, but I only go kind of slow at level 3. If you are young and want to ride like a demon you better have a spot where the noise will not drive anybody nuts, including yourself. The difficulty levels really work nicely. Good resistance even for a the young and strong. You can work up a sweat on this. Seller VERY nice.

Product is as described. Some difficulty assembling – instructions weren’t clear.
Standing up so far – hopefully won’t loosen.

That I have to make this a habit

Really happy with this purchase, I was first inclined to buying this product since it would match my bike but it has been really useful. I love being able to use my bike year round, since winters are too harsh where I live. But for the fall and spring, it’s easy to take the bike on and off as well for outdoor rides. It folds up and can be stored away easily for summer as well!

I use this product indoors until weather gets better to ride on trails. It is easy to set up and you can leave the axel in your bike when riding outdoors. Make sure to put a mat under the stand because oil or pieces of tire leaves black lines in carpet. Can adjust to different pressure settings.

Bought this for Tri training. The stand was super easy to assemble (5-6 mins). I mounted my road bike and also tested with hybrid bikes and it works well. There are videos how to assemble on youtube if needed for this product. Very silent and gives control how to adjust the tension ( range 1 to 6 easy to hard) – the tension control is smooth in transition. It is shipped with rear wheel skewer and front wheel support. Does not take space and can folded easily. I would highly recommend for training.

I was skeptical to purchase because of some of the reviews but for me it works for what I need. I assembled this by myself and it took about 20 minutes total. I saw some reviews complaining about the instructions but they are pretty straight forward. I had a muscle injury and wanted to add some low impact exercise to my physio. I’m not an exercise junkie so the low resistance this machine offered was fine. Level 8 you can barely feel any resistance but it’s noticeable. Now I also saw reviews on noise. My house is concrete with tiled floors and my stand fan in the garage makes more noise than this. Nothing to complain about. My bike is a huffy 26 mountain female and so the tires are treaded and noise level is low. I did realize during pedaling there were these breaks (dont know how to explain) where the tire and the resistance wheel like the tire had a lump. So far I have used this for a full week and I don’t see where there might be any damage to the bike but it’s been a week only. Lastly, the block for the front tire lifts the bike quite a bit and I’m 5’4 so I use a stool to get unto the bike because of existing injury. Hope my review helps.

Everything works fine. I wish that it had one more setting with higher resistance. I use it with my mountain bike and I don’t feel like I am able to increase the resistance quite enough.

Works fine, not much resistance.
I’m a lifelong mountain biker, bought this for some indoor exercise when there’s snow on the ground. It mounted up to my 700c cyclocross bike no problem with the supplied skewer. My only complaint is that it doesn’t offer much resistance, even in the highest setting. I have to run my bike in it’s highest gear to get a real workout, meaning the back wheel is spinning at 30+ mph, creating a lot of extra noise. It’s fine for longer workouts, but to simulate steep 20 minute climbs like I find on my local trails is asking too much.

I purchased this for my wife and myself so that we could ride inside our house. The stand itself is good quality and was easy to put together with the bike. The resistance wheel creates quite a noise with knobby tires so if you have a problem with that you may want to consider using it with smooth tread tires to reduce the noise. That is not a problem with this item. It is simply something that will happen with any kind of stand and resistance wheel that is used with knobby mountain bike tires. This is not the cheapest available nor the most expensive but for the money I would recommend this as a solid purchase.

The package did not contain any instructions. The assembly and set up are pretty easy to figure out, but could be a real problem for the less mechanically inclined.
