Perfect fit. Bought two.

A bit smaller than expected. I was barely able to fit a 30mm tube, small manual pump, 3 tire levers, multi hex tool and disc brake pad spacer.

This is the perfect size top tube bag. It’s aerodynamic and holds just enough. Inside, there’s a small pocket and an elastic loop, perfect for securing a CO2 cartridge. It was also big enough for a 700 x 35C butyl tube and a couple of tire levers. The bottom straps are repositionable for mounting flexibility. It’s made of rip-stop nylon and has a water resistant zipper. The logo is reflective. I wish there were more color options, but the cool brown is fairly neutral. I have other Rockbros cycling products, and I trust their quality. This is a good bag.

I already have a Handlebar Barrel Back from ROCKBROS that I like very much, which I use for an IFAK medical kit to keep on my bike in case of an emergency, but there are times that is just too big or in the way, so I decided to try this small frame bag. What I have found and like about this is that it fits well both on top of and underneath the top tube of my Giant OCR1 road bike.
It holds the essentials for a small trauma first aid kit without being too large and has a couple of organizational sleeves and an elasticized band on the inside of the bag. It is very lightweight at only 3.2-ounces, and it’s made from thick water-resistant materials and a waterproof zipper, although it could leak through the seams during a heavy downpour, so lining it with plastic is a good idea if the contents absolutely can’t get wet.
The base of the bag can be mounted with two adjustable straps that can be located to different tabs along the base so that you get a precise fit. My only nitpicks are the following:
– The loop that attaches to the headset or headtube is permanently sewn in place and uses Velcro, so if it ever wears out the strap is not easily replaceable without having to sew a new strap in its place.
– The Velcro on all the straps seems to be the run-of-the-mill basic stuff and not heavy duty and will likely wear out quickly if you need to open them on a daily basis.
– The strap for the headtube is very long with no sleeve or way to retain the excess flap. I don’t want to cut it as then I may not be able to move it to a different bike or a different position. I wish that there was something built-in to retain the excess length of strap.
Despite my nitpicks, it is a really nice bag that is perfectly sized and priced right at around twenty dollars. I think it is a good value as long as you understand its storage limitations before ordering it.

It works but if I had paid better attention to the dimensions I would realize that the top tube bag is really small.
