This rack is great. I mounted it without the extra support to the frame and it works very well. Very stable on the seat post. I did trim the latch as it was rubbing on my leg.
I custom mounted a light on the back and it’s just what I needed. Note that I go on long rides and wanted a low profile way to keep all my stuff behind the seat.
Note that the pictures show two different mounts, high and low. I settled on low so I could swing my leg over the rack to get on.
Love it!

After several trips to various stores, I felt it was almost impossible to find a rear rack for my mountain e-bike (Trek Marlin 6+) that would attach properly and fit the Thule Yepp child seat. This rear rack is so versatile and was easy to install. The child seat I bought attached to it perfectly. Great design and very sturdy!

Neutral review as the review was more about the packaging rather than the product.
The product itself seems well built. Unfortunately I did not get a chance to use it. This rack attaches to the seat post and unfortunately, I am short and I use a suspension post. There was just not enough room to attach to the seat post and clear the rear wheel. Keep that under consideration when order this rack.
My annoyance was more how the product was sent. It wasn’t in a box or bag. Whoever packaged it just threw all the items into shipping and called a day. I don’t know if I got everything. It just left me a little annoyed. I am not looking mfr box or anything. If everything was in a plastic bag, I would’ve been good with that. No this was thrown all in a box. The rack, a bag of screws, some bungee cords, etc. Like if a middle schooler packed the box. I don’t even want to discredit a middle schooler as some do a good job.

Stability is good and it fits great! Used the black rubber pieces to get a good fit. Holds my 25 lb backpack without any issues. The hardware seems pretty sturdy.

Took me about 15 minutes to install on my trek fx 1. Very sturdy and looks good on the bike. A lot of reviews say that it is hard to install, it really is not that hard, just follow the directions.

Easy to put on. Included a large standard bungee and a smaller elastic cord. One half of the compression clamp is plastic. The metal bolts are soft and scuffed up during assembly.

Bought for my son’s ebike so he could hold stuff. Very convenient to use. Good value for the price. Quality construction, good value.

I really like this rack. I was doubtful that it would be tight enough for use on my bike, but no, it worked really well. I don’t even have the support bars attached because my bike has a shock and it would interfere with that operation and it still holds quite a bit. I’ve got full panniers on there and all kinds of weight it’s amazing. The adjustment where I could pull it back out of the way of the pedals was pretty handy also the extra Hardware came in useful because I had to have a way to keep the bags from going into the spokes but I was able to use the extra Hardware to prevent that from happening.
