I got this just so i could use my phone while using zwift. My phone fits, the touch screen works (some times it can be wonky, but I think its mostly because of my wet fingers) This is a fraction of the cost of a bike desk and for me it works good enough.

Great buy, exactly what I expected

It was too short to fit my 60 cm bike. Had to return it.

Great fit and protection. Sweat drops on the phone cover can make it hard to use.

I bought this initially to hold my phone while training. However it proved cumbersome and didn’t completely translate every finger push. It also felt a little unstable, moving a lot while I pressed the buttons. If anything I could use it as a sweat grabber but the phone thing just didn’t do it for me. I ended up buying a dedicated handlebar phone holder.
I will probably use this for sweat though I found that out after a few rides this week. So all in all it’s 3/5 for me with 2 off for fulfilling 1 out of the 2 tasks. Also if you have a large phone you may be in for a tough time. For sweat absorption and protecting your mats and floors, yup it’s okay.

Works great and my iPhone 11 Pro fits perfect in the cover with room for a larger phone.

If you bought this for the phone pouch, then you’ll be disappointed. First, the sweat dropping on to the plastic protector will make it difficult to actually use the touch screen. Second, depending on how high your stem is, it may put some stress on the phone as it doesn’t lay flat (or at least mine does not) on the stem cap. BUT, having said that, I do like this design even though I don’t plan on putting the phone in the pouch. I like this design better than the non-phone pouch one because the plastic screen protector in this design pushes sweat off to the side and onto the ground. The other design without the pouch just absorbs the sweat and while this might be a good thing, it isn’t in humid areas. The sweat will stay as evaporation won’t occur fast enough and sweat can still make it into the frame (I sweat a lot). Since my trainer set-up already has a shower curtain and an exercise mat underneath, it isn’t an issue. The sweat going off to the side has no chance of getting into the bike now. So, I do recommend this design over the non-phone pouch, but keep in mind that the phone pouch is kind of useless. It was also the same price.

In resume (if you don’t like reading long reviews) I like it and recommend.
Now to the long part of the review…
This sweat guard is really easy to install, the material is durable and well made.
I’ll put into topics because it’s easier visually to get my points on this product:
1st- It’s made to protect your frame and exposed handlebar bits, not your floor. So if you want something to protect your floor from the sweat I suggest buy some Gym Mat or Yoga Mat because this is meant to protect your bike frame, stem and a bit of the handlebar.
2nd- its narrow so your legs can move freely and still protect the frame, but is not made to protect the bartape (the bartape beside providing confort is also made to protect the handlebar already)
3rd- you have to adjust it to have some tension to it if it’s lose it will either bump your legs or not fully cover the frame
4th- You have to remove one of the sides to put your phone in everytime you gonna use and is large enough to fit an iPhone X, an iPhone XR and one iPhone 12 Pro all without cover (many ppl complain that the phone don’t fit but it’s because they try to put with cover, if I try to put the phones with they covers not even the iPhone X slides into it, so is not the size is the thickness that actually matters most).
5th- It’s great if you just gonna listen music from your phone and wanna change tracks or read messages and notifications or even if you’re on Voice conferences or something like that and needs to unmuting from time to time, in resume, is great if you won’t use much your phone. But if you like me use the phone to access the Zwift Companion app or check social medias, etc while training, in other words, access your phone constantly during your training session, then maybe the regular version without phone slot is a better option and you may even save a couple bucks (I kept this cause it was on sale when I bought so was cheaper even than the regular one).
6th- Maybe obvious but, this don’t eliminate the need of a towel for yourself and even if you are a heavy sweater to dry the bartapes from your palms sweat.
7th I tried on a 50cm frame, my 54cm frame and on a 58cm frame and if fitted just fine on all of them but I feel that 60cm or larger you gona need to put some bit of strength to pull it around the seatpost.
8th – I suggest put it a bit tilted on the seatpost lower than the handlebar (as you can see on one of my photos) because gonna be easier to pass your leg over it and also because it’s going to let the phone be on a more confortable to see angle.
9th – The plastic screen is really reflective so you get some more glare than you’d wish specially if you have lights right on top your bike but not the end of the world.
10th – after I found the exact lengh I need, I put a small piece of tape over the Velcro excess to prevent it to maybe scratching my handlebar from hubbing to it, I’m not saying it will happen but I did it just in case, because I’m extra cautious with my bike hehe.
11th- the top of the guard is soft enough to bend around your cycling computer/GPS unit or even if you have a phone mount such as a quad-lock so there is no need to remove your unit from the bike to use it which is a nice touch
Overall I’m more than satisfied, for its price it does stand neck to neck with much more expensive premium brands. However… I initially thought it would be much more useful having the Phone support than it actually does. If you wanna a sweat guard with great price and support to have the phone on your sight to read messages and noticication buy it! If you have a smartwatch or use software companion (or both), just get the basic version and save some few bucks.

Have been using this and it does protect the bike from sweat. The added feature of the phone holder is also very useful as i see any calls or messages immediately

Works fine. Protects the bike during Zwift races. Fit on aero bars isn’t great, the two Velcro straps tend to migrate toward the stem leaving the guard bowed in the middle. Some tacky or nonslip material would help. Attaching to the seat post requires stretching a looped strap over the seat which is doable but kind of an awkward way of getting it attached. A buckle or hook would have made it easier.
All that said, it does the job intended and is going a good job of diverting sweat to the floor.
