Absolutely love this bag. Does everything I want it to do, and does it extremely well. Great price, it stays secure on my rack, has plenty of space, helps keep my back not-sweaty from a backpack. And as a daily bike commuter knowing it can take whatever weather New England throws at it is a great peace of mind.
Only changes I would make would be to add a little more reflective tape. And put the light hook a little higher up on that bag. But that’s just me being nit-picky.

I’ll begin by thanking Joan from Rhinowalk for the smooth and easy customer service experience! I experienced an issue with the quick release strap stitching, as it came undone on one side on my first test pull. Which meant I would have to release each clip to remove the bag from the rack. This is not a huge issue, but Joan quickly responded and sent my replacement and it was received in just a couple of days. After thoroughly testing my replacement I believe it was a one-off sort of issue, which I have not experienced again as the new bag is very sturdy.
Bag Review:
Sturdiness: 5 Stars; I found this bag is very tough and after reading previous reviews, noted some previous reviewer’s concerns.
1. The bag slipping off the rack: I am using an Ibera Bike Rack for my 29er GT. Which is fairly popular rack, and I found the clips are highly adjustable, the top two are easily adjusted horizontally to fit the rack. In addition the hook on the bottom is also fully adjustable which can be used to hook the bottom of the bag to the rack. I have not experienced any issues with the bag slipping, after adjustment.
2. Excessive noise: I found that the straps each come with sleeves that you can hid the excess strap in, which helps form getting caught in the spokes. I also ensured my clips are tight with very little play in the movement to avoid clicking and knocking of the bag during the ride.
Water Resistance: Will update once it rains! I want to be as unbiased as possible so I will update as needed
Durability: 5 Stars, Everything on the bag appears clean and adequately sturdy for my rides and commutes., besides the quick release strap on the first bag, I have encountered no issues with the replacement.
I will also update this review after 200 miles.

Good quality, but i wish it had some thin internal fabric so that you could place plastic shoppingbags right into it, without “forcing it” / shaking the pannier to get the groceries to plump down inside.
But all in all it’s a great product that i can highly recommend.

The good:
The bag works, is waterproof, looks good with the neon accents, and holds a lot of gear.
The bad:
When weighed on a scale at home, this bag is up to a 1/2 lb heavier than the specified weight. It weights in at 2lbs 8.5oz, or 1145 grams. I chose this one specifically because it looked like it had a significant weight savings over similar priced bags from other brands, but that is not the case. On the specs on Amazon it says either 2lbs, or 2.3lbs (it varies within the product page.)
The adjustable mounting clips are not secure. If you lift the bag by the automatic release handle while its fully loaded, there is a good chance it also causes these clips to come loose and you will lose the position of your mounting clips and have to do it over. You can get around this by manually unclipping and using the other handle, but that defeats the purpose of the quick release handle.
Questionable durability. On the interior zipper pocket the zipper fully ripped away from the fabric at the seam. This isn’t something that happened when i was trying to cram something too large into the pocket or force the zipper closed. It happened so easily I didn’t even notice it happen at the time. To my surprise, I just looked in and saw a torn zipper later in my trip.
This is the definition of a 2.5 star item, but I’m rounding up to 3 since it kept all my gear bone dry in a downpour.

I’m a long-time satisfied user of panniers from the O brand, but needed some new panniers and thought I’d try these as they are substantially less costly and the small exterior pocket looked convenient. These were great on the initial two bike-packing trips for which I’ve used them, including making it through a downpour. It’s too early to speak to long-term durability.

This pannier has exceeded all my expectations;
it Looks very nice, is definitely sturdy, waterproof, lots of room, has laptop and charger compartment inside, comes with carrying strap, genius hooking mechanism, 3 hooks, all 3 hooks are independently adjustable, outside zipper for easy access of snacks, keys, wallet, phone, etc, reflectors,… really don’t know what else to ask for.
The material is on the thicker side and is smooth and 100% waterproof. It closes like a dry bag and can clip shut in two different options, either on the sides of the pannier or interlocking each end to itself.
I was able to load it with groceries, carrying more than a gallon of liquids, bread, big cereal box, box of pasta, glass Jar of tomato sauce all together weighing probably around 15 pounds and it held up nicely.
On another trip I was able to fit a helmet, cycling kit, thick spare tube, a kotek hammock, socks, 13inch MacBook pro plus charger and paperwork, cycling shoes, big bike lock all at once, no problems.
I have relatively long feet and don’t get bothered by the pannier.
My absolute favorite thing about this Pannier is the hooking mechanism (see video)
There are two handles for lifting up the pannier. One Handle if lifted will automatically open the hooks and closes the hooks when releasing the handle. Genius! No fiddling required. Locks securely to your rack.
I am very satisfied with this Pannier, couldn’t have gotten a better one.

I was looking at a lot of varieties of panniers, trying to work out what I wanted most. My old panniers were falling apart, and not very easy to remove – so I would end up putting another bag inside them – which was a bit of a pain putting in and out all of the time. With this pannier the attachment and removal is very easy. I have the thinner cargo rack wires so I need the plastic insert they have. You really need to pay attention when you put them on and off that they don’t drop out (as that has happened once or twice), but they easily slot back in. It would just be a pain if you lost the insert as it would probably rattle and not fit as well. The handle to carry is great – I haven’t bothered with the strap that is provided – but I would think that would be handy if you have to walk any distance with it. I no longer need another bag inside, I just clip it off and carry the lot. I bought just one pannier to see how much it could carry – it carries heaps – so I haven’t needed to purchase a second one. And I’ve ridden through two storms now – and not an issue at all with waterproofing. Happily recommend.
