Multi tool davvero ben fatto. Sottile, compatto ma robusto e sufficientemente leggero.

I like this A LOT!!!. It is super light and thin and it has the allen keys and screw driver heads I need on the road. It doesn’t have a lot of stuff I would almost never use on the road (like socket wrench). So it folds up really thin and is very light. The aluminum is very high quality. So it won’t strip things. This is exactly what I was looking for to miminize the bulk of things I need to take with me on a ride. It fits inside a small leather pouch along with my some spare tubes, a small Blackburn minipump, a CO2 cartridge, a spoke wrench, and my credit cards/money/ID, and also my phone. And that in turn easily fits into one of my rear jersey pockets. (That pouch is from a company called Waterfield Designs). So I don’t need a saddle bag and everything I need is organized. I wasn’t able to do that with other multitools I had that had a lot of extra stuff I would not use on the road. The reason is that they were too bulky. This is not. And I need to emphasize again that while it folds extremely thin, the tools themselves are unusually hard and of very high quality due to the CNC machining.

This is vastly different than my 30 year old Topeak tool pod. This is sleek and compact – less bulky. I fit this in a small behind the saddle bike bag. I used the hex/ allen key to adjust my seat. I was able to obtain enough leverage to loosen the nut and adjust the seat position on the rails., The bit length is a bit shorter than my tool pod from last century. This is the first time I used the bike tool so I have limited feedback at this time. There is a thin vinyl pouch which encloses the bike tool on 3 sides. The price is so right for this compact tool. I have peace of mind knowing I now have a separate tool for my bikes. If getting leverage during usage is a problem, I imagine that I could wrap the tool with whatever I have handy to make it more comfortable for a sturdier grip.

Since I just received this multitooI on October 2nd, I haven’t had a chance to put it to much use.
I purchased this tool to carry in my bicycle bag for any required on the road use.
I did try it a bit on some of my bicycle fasteners to see how it works and was very pleased and happy with the tool.
It is well made, very compact and light, and the keys “snap” easily into 90 degree or 180 degree positons for use.
The keys fit the fasteners tightly and it performs great.
I haven’t yet applied a lot of torque to a tight fastener to check the strength and to see how the tool performs under a heavy load, but it appears to be sturdy enough to apply a significant amount of torque.
I also like that it comes with a pouch it slides into which protects the tool as well as prevents the tool from scratching anything else in my bike bag.
Overall this is a great lightweight and compact multitool that fits all of the fasteners on my bike, with the exception of a 8mm socket head bolt on my kickstand, and the 15mm nuts on my rear wheel.
In order to provide a key and wrench head to fit a 8mm & 15mm would have obviously made the tool much larger and more robust, which I believe would have defeated the whole concept of marketing an easily transportable, lightweight, and compact tool with great functionality 🙂
I love this tool so far 🙂

I didn’t know what to expect from this multitool. I was looking for a product that had both a torx 25 and 30 mini tool. Amazon popped this up and the description sound pretty good. Furthermore, the price was very attractive. As you can see from their photos, the tool is very thin and easily fits into my saddle bag without taking up much space at all. It also includes a nice little sleeve to keep it from rattling. While some weight weenies might lament it, the tool has terrific heft and feels like very good quality. The bolts are nicely tightened and nothing felt loose. The other thing I really liked is that the tool is longer than wide which allows for good leverage on screws and bolts.
All in all, I’m very pleased with the purchase and only time will tell how it holds up. I’ll report back if I’m let down. Until then, 5 stars.
PS – do know that this tool doesn’t include a chain break tool so keep that in mind…or ride with a friend who has one.

Pretty great tool overall. Small form factor and so it’s very portable, yet it is still sturdy and seems like it will last. It has a good number of tools that should take care of most quick fixes when you’re out with the bike. This is also a useful tool for home use as well.
The only reason I took off one star is because I wish the tools stayed in place with greater force/firmness when you use them at a 90 degree angle. There do lock in place somewhat, but a little more tightness would be better so that the tool is easier to use as you are tightening/loosening a bolt.

I like many things about this particular bike multitool, but critical to me after having a bike bag and several items including my last bike tool stolen was the ability to lock it to my bike! The open frame construction of this tool makes that very easy to do. I’ve locked it to a stainless steel zip tie Snap Strip Stainless Steel Zip Tie 10 Pack 14″ Long Locking Cable Tieusing a smaller Abus padlock ABUS 64TI/40 3-PACK C KA Titalium Aluminum Alloy Keyed Alike Padlock set of 3, 1-1/2-Inch Padlock with 1/4-Inch Diameter Nano Protect Steel Shackle, which is in turn looped through an internal buckle on my bike bag. Could a thief cut the bag or ties? Sure. Will they? We’ll see, but the idea is to make it noticeable and enough hassle that the would be thief just moves on.
Having said all that, here is what I like about this tool per se:
+ Stainless Steel. So many highly rated tools are not SS, and therefore rust when left in/on your bike for any period of time.
+ Flat layout. Definitely the thinnest quality multi tool I’ve found, and yet, the sizes of the tools themselves are substantial, making them both stronger and longer than other tools I considered.
+ Good attention to detail in the construction.
Highly recommended!
