Estan muy comodos, el unico pero es que me gusta que el short me cubra casi hasta la rodilla, mido 1.80mts y me quedaron mas cortos de los que acostumbro usar.

The pad in these shorts is thiner than I am used to. However, it is better than I originally thought it would be. The thinner pad makes for less rubbing, in my opinion, and while thin, it’s more padding than I thought.. The leg and waist don’t have as much elastic in them, so I’m not sure how they will hold up. Good, sleek fit though.

A very good short for moderate ride distances. A very nice fit and padding. The fit is supportive but not too tight. Once again s good product from Pearl Izumi

Good fit and comfortable. They are light weight and the padding is adequate especially for short rides. These will also be perfect for under tights for cooler weather rides. These are not the best shorts you’ll ever own, but a quality pair of light weight shorts. I immediately bought a second pair.

Replacing my old worn out bike shorts. Feels good and the padding is good.

Pearl Izumi padded shorts have a good fit, smallish, discrete but very effective padding. They don’t ride up your leg.
Highly recommend

I’ve bought several Pearl Izumi bike shorts over the years, but it has been a few years since my previous purchase. So I ordered what I thought would be the comparable model to what I bought before (same price range). Well, this version is so much cheaper in build quality. The fabric is much thinner, the pad has NO gel whatsoever, just foam. Will it work? Sure, but not nearly the level of comfort as similarly-priced Pearl Izumi shorts in the past. Disappointed.

Well, maybe I had my expectations too high from a name like Pearl Izumi. Considering no-name brands on Amazon provide great durability and comfort, these had to be so much better….NOPE.
First thing I noticed was the Pearl Izumi logo. They gave it a weird texture making it look like it was cracking and coming off. Whatever, that didn’t affect anything so I continued to try them on.
Next thing I noticed was the chamois. It was basically a piece of felt. It was uncomfortable in the 30 seconds I wore these shorts so I couldn’t imagine actually riding in these…not that I could ride in them anyway.
Finally, I put them on and the fit around the legs was great. But, the waistband felt like a stretched out 20yr old piece of underwear, except an underwear band would probably stay in place better. Since there’s no silicone band or even rubber inside the waist, the shorts just slide down. That would be awesome while riding…another big NOPE.
I don’t even want to try any more of Pearl Izumi’s lineup after this. What absolute, overpriced garbage

I was spoiled by Perl Izumi PRO shorts that lasted a decade. These however are cheap and thin, nothing blind-stitched, uncomfortable, and will be returned.

These shorts are great – sizing fits as expected also. They’re not ultra high end but like all Pearl I – they’re top notch and at this price point, well worth the price. I’m less tempted to run them into the ground as I would with more expensive shorts – so get em, use em, and when they need to be replaced – rinse n repeat. So far I’ve been rotating a pair of these every day for a few months and even with daily rinse/wear they’re showing little to no wear. Pads are softening a little bit – but unless you’re riding every day for 30+……..

Good fit. Decent chamois for spending a few hours in the saddle. Good value.

I find the pad isn’t what i would expect. They just aren’t a comfortable short for me!
