Are these the best cycling gloves I have had? No, they are not, I have decades of cycling experience, including racing, and these gloves lack some of the nice road feel of premium gloves. I don’t live near a bike shop anymore, so when I went to replace my Specialized gloves that got torn in a crash, I could not find the same model, and all the gloves I saw were $40 or more. So I found these on here, and though they lack the premium road feel, they fit correctly and have good padding to protect the hands. Gloves generally are an important safety feature, not only to dampen the road vibration, but if you go down, hands to the ground are an automatic reflex, and gloves go a long way to protect you. I like that these gloves have tabs on some of the fingers so they are easier to remove and they have plenty of padding. I do recommend these gloves, and if they are still available when the ones I have are worn out, I will buy another pair.

Unfortunately, the gloves are not really fitting and comfortable, like those I bought from INBIKE. Returned gloves to the seller. Seller is helpful and responsive.

I just got into cycling during the pandemic now that the gyms are all closed. My gym near my home has completely shutdown, filed Chapter 11 and removed the sign from the building. Very sad as this was my primary form of exercise. Seems like it’s a thing of the past for now. I finally got my hands on a starter road bike on Amazon, the Eurobike XC550. I’ve made a few adjustments to the bike to make it as comfortable as possible but still experiencing some discomfort with the handlebars, just because of how the dropbars sit, once I get into about 6 miles or so of riding , I find myself switching between the parallel portion of the bar and the brake levers to relieve the weight and pressure on my hands. I tried using my old weight lifting gloves but they were designed to provide more support at the wrists and caused more discomfort. I finally decided on these for two main reasons.

One, many of the cycling gloves are just a little too decorative. I really dislike all the color and Tour De France-esque designs. I just want something neutral that will go with whatever I decide to wear while on the cycling trails. These come in some neutral designs, I opted for the black with just a little red trim. Perfect. Two, this was a pretty good price, leaves room to have more than one pair or if they break tear or if I simply get a new bike. My current bike is red and black.

I don’t have huge hands but I’ve tried mediums and small in workout gloves and those sizes seem to be more for women or smaller men. I’m about 5’9 about 220 lbs., so I ordered large. These fit perfectly, very comfortable. The material is very soft and breathable, but textured and reinforced in the areas where it counts in the gripping areas of the palm. Took them out for a spin yesterday and I forgot I was wearing them at times. The tethers make for easy removable which is unexpectedly satisfying. It’s one of those things you didn’t know you needed. The velcro is also very good and is not the fluffy loops variety that gets a lot of lint and debris. Very good purchase.

The gel pads are not only an excellent thickness, but they are perfectly placed. The loops for easy removal are a stroke of genius. I don’t know yet about durability, but they seem to be very well made. (They survived a couple of major struggles dismounting and remounting a too-tight tire, but they’re too new to say anything definitive for sure. Let’s just say that they sure look and feel like they’ll wear well for a long time.)

Gloves are reasonably priced and comfortable to wear.

They were a little hard to take off when new but are loosening g up nicely.

    Would buy again.

While everyone had different shaped hands, I found these did not work well for me. The fingers were sized OK, but the thumb holes were too small, especially on the left hand which was so tight I couldn’t use it as received. The hand was both too wide and too long, leaving the glove a bit baggy around my hand, and the pads at the base of the fingers didn’t protect my hands but were off the handlebars. Otherwise the gloves looked well made.

Gloves are well made. Fit well and are comfortable. They cushion the hand and palm nicely.
