I picked up one of each size at my LBS after searching here first and not finding a good description or images. I felt compelled to fill the void for all you Velominati obsessed with rule 31 (remember rules are made to be broken). So here you go Amazonians!
Photos show my small and medium caddy next to my regular size iPhone 6 sitting on a ziplock ‘snack’ bag I use for the phone. The second photo shows the kit I carry, which all fits in there very nicely and without unnecessary wrestling. When packed, the small caddy fits very comfortably in a jersey pocket with room to spare. The medium size is essentially exactly the same size as a jersey pocket and would also work quite well if you had more stuff to carry.
As an added note and bonus review, I also have a Lezyne Road Caddy for under seat carry on other bikes, and it holds EXACTLY the same equipment you see in my small caddy sack. Everything fits perfectly and snug as well. Another 5 star for those too.
Net net, extremely happy with these three caddys and any Lezyne product I’ve purchased.

I use this as a way to keep my tool kit from getting dirty, damaged or lost in the bottom of a bike pannier pack. It holds a multi-tool, patch kit, tire levers and a spare inner tube perfectly.
It’s got rugged construction, seals well enough that I don’t worry about anything getting in or out while it’s closed (not sure if it’s absolutely water proof, but it seems like it ought to keep things dry unless it’s immersed) and it doesn’t have a terrible chemical smell like some plastic, or rubber packs do, just a mild plastic scent.
Overall a very useful little bag at a reasonable price. Which is what I expected from Lezyne.

Works great. You can fit emergency money, id, and cell phone in this sack. My iPhone 6 Plus fits, but it’s very tight. I took off my Apple iPhone case and tired the phone without the case. The phone fits but still very tight.
This sack would fit a smaller cell phone perfectly.

Superb. Fits my iPhone 6s Plus & case nice & snug. Not too easy to get in or out but then again I didn’t think it would work with my phone. Pleasantly surprised. A friend left theirs out in the rain & their phone was bone dry once they’d realised & gone back for it!! Definitely recommend!

Admittedly, the “Rules” sent me in search of this product. Nonetheless I was not disappointed. It is perfect for carrying my repair kit. I started with the small one and while it was big enough for a tube, patch kit, and CO2 inflator there was not room for much more. Also, an Iphone5 would not fit in the small, even by itself (too tall, even on its side). The medium is quite a bit bigger but still fits in a jersey pocket and is not too bulky. I also like how the medium does not require you take everything out anytime you need something. Was not able to test the waterproofness as I don’t ride often in bad weather. The enclosure seems solid and it folds over when closed so unless you fall into a lake I am sure it’d keep out rain or the occasional sprinkler we all seem to have to ride through.

I love this little bag! Getting ready for an outdoor ride used to be a process…what do I bring? Where will I put it? What did I forget this time? The Lezyne bag has cleared that up for me.
I keep some CO2 cartridges, sealant, small bike tool, and emergency cash in the bag. There’s room for more, but this fits very comfortably in one of my jersey pockets. My tiny saddle bag has an adapter, more flat fix tools, and another cartridge. I don’t like the big saddle bags, and this has been a good solution for me. The bag has held up well for 2 seasons with no signs of failing.

Used for multiple rides. Fits my iPhone 13 in its case perfectly. Can also holds my id, credit card & hydration mix. Could get a few gels & multi tool in there with some room to spare. Fits snugly in jersey pocket.

Ultimately I returned this item, but I want to be fair: it’s well made and very solid. The closure was solid. But that’s part of the problem. It’s bulkier than I anticipated, and the reviews/answers that say this can be comfortably kept in a back jersey pocket perhaps have much larger pockets than I do. It stuck out of the top, and the corners are fairly pointed (not sharp, but uncomfortable against my back). I anticipated that I could roll the top down to a smaller size, but it’s not a roll top closure in that sense. Maybe strapped under a seat this would be perfect, but it just didn’t meet my needs.
