Loving every minute. I had no idea what to expect. I’m 5’10” and I feel this bike is a great size for me. It’s easy to assemble, my husband took less than an hour to put it together. I love the black and brown esthetic. It goes about 20 mph. Horn is cute. Headlight/twilight is super convenient, no extra accessories to buy. Comfortable ride with the shocks and rides like a beach cruiser. Great bike for me! Have recommended it to several friends already.

The bike assemble was not as bad as I thought it would be and only took 2 hours (with breaks). The bike goes up to 27 mph and very useful when going to/coming from work saving me a lot of money. Good buy and not disappointed at all.

I received my Jasion E-Bike 2 days prior to my estimated delivery time, which was great. The box was in good condition with no issues. The bike was packed very well inside the box to avoid damage and there was no noticeable issues or blemishes on the E-Bike. I had the bike built in about an hour following the instructions and using the tools they provided. After charging the battery it was ready to go. The bike worked with no issues, and after riding it several miles on 3 different rides, the battery is still showing full. The price for the bike wasn’t too bad and their doesn’t seem to be any sacrifice of quality compared to more expensive brand e-bikes. I would highly recommended this bike for new e-bike users and for those who are looking for a good, all around e bike to either commute or for casual rides.

I have over 1800 miles, mostly late fall and winter daily trail rides in. The tires need upgrade and seat needs post suspension. Other then that for the price, you can spend a lot more and get a lot less. If your going for work or school commute, get fenders so mud and water won’t splatter your clothes of face a high speeds. Good choice for inexpensive niche first e bike.

This is a great e-bike. I am 5’3 it is a bit tall to get on but I love ❤️ how tall it is plus if you want it taller you can raise the seat or front part of the handle bars. It was very easy to put together. When you are putting the back wheel together turn the bike upside down to make it easier. Other then that this is a great bike. I also got a Heybike it is a great bike as well that is the pink one I’m the background. I love ❤️ these two bikes. The battery for the Jasion bike last a very long time long as you do not ride on high speed. Great for going ti school or work ❤️.

After having ordered 2 of this bike and riding them around for a month here are my key takeaways to share.
Challenges
1. I see they addressed the issue with people saying the front wheel fork gets bent in delivery by putting a bar with 2 nuts on it. Confusing part though was this was not reflected in any videos or the instructions. For a noob this presented a challenge but eventually I figured out what it was, its purpose, and how to remove it. Overall assembly took me about 30mins per bike.
2. On one of the bikes the back tire was flat day 1. Pumping it up gets it good for about a day but it needs a tube replacement. I don’t know how to replace it but what I have gathered with these bikes is that they are easy to figure out with enough online research and some basic tools.
3. There are no holes to install things like bottle holders and phone holders. Get ones with clamps!
Things I appreciate about it,
1. For the price point it has been a blast! It has gotten me on the road after work most days which is a huge win for my personal goals. It is a ton of fun and having the ability to change from 0-3 in assist is helpful for when I want it off to push myself or if I need it at some points on hills and such. It will not get you up a steep hill by itself! But it will assist you which is mainly the point.
2. It has an intuitive feel about it. The handlebars and seat are comfortable, the throttle and display are sleek and handy, I can tell it was well designed.
3. I have taken it on paved trails and roads just fine, as well as some easy trails. It is rather smooth overall.
4. Battery life is great if you don’t use the assist by itself or on higher levels for long periods. When treating it like a motorcycle or trying to go fastest it will die in about 2hrs of riding. But used as a gentle assist I got the same distance in that would normally cost me about 75% of my battery in about 10%. Used as a tool it is rather efficient and can last multiple trips. I am sure with time as I get stronger and build endurance I can make the battery really last.
If you are looking for a fun entry point to an ebike that is well thought out and has some pep to it to get you out there then look no further! This bike is an awesome e-bike purchase!

I am very pleased with my new bike. I got this bike as an upgrade from the 1st e-bike I purchased. This bike has disk brakes and a digital screen with miles per hour and total miles that you have ridden. I did like the seat on the first bike better but that is easily replaced. I also like the placement of the battery on the new bike. I had to take the seat off to remove the battery on the old one. The bar to lift you leg over is higher then the 1st bike but not enough to dislike the bike. Glad I purchased it.

The bike is pretty, but that’s where the good things end. First time riding it, the bike seat doesn’t lock in place and slips down while riding, so the height can’t be set. The most dangerous issue is the throttle, it goes in and out when riding the bike. While the throttle is fully engaged, the power decreases to almost a stop and then randomly jolts back to life. What’s even more frustrating, is the fact that the bike doesn’t function properly, but the seller is going to charge me $110 for return shipping, for a faulty, non-functioning item. Also, it states that the battery is UL listed, but doesn’t seem to be true. Amazon needs to have quality control checks on their sellers. I’ll be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau.
