We test rode the lectric bike at a local bike shop that were twice the price. I did a lot of research to match what we were looking for, price and quality and decided on these bikes. We bought a black and gold (tan) one. We had to put the front wheel, pedals, seat and fenders on, out of box. The bikes work perfect with a lot of power. We took them camping with us and rode on gravel, grass and paved road. I added the crate on the luggage tack to put my dog in. The only negative is the placement of the key is under the frame so it is hard to locate. The bikes were able to climb about an 8% incline with no issue. We rode around camp for 3 days on 1 charge and still have about 1/2 charge left. I am very happy with our purchase. If I was to buy again I would buy without the fenders . The back fender and luggage rack holds the brake light so if you remove the fender there is no where to put light bracket . Would’ve been nice to include that bracket if I choose to remove fender. I cannot find a replacement anywhere. Still live the bikes though, just food for thought on the fenders.

We bought this e bike for my son to take to graduate school with him and it did not disappoint. It folds up and is compact so he can fold it up and take it into his apartment with him. He can not have a car with him so this was the next best thing for him to easily get to and from his classes. Well designed and lightweight enough so that he can carry it into his apartment. It’s perfect.

Bought this bike for our college freshman football player- he’s 6’3 and even though the bike is compact it fits him well and easy to ride. Super easy to put together, shipping packaging was very good. Seems like it has lots of power, even though it doesn’t have any gears, works well up hill. We have rad power e-bikes also, At the price, the bike rivals more expensive bikes like rad power. It’s compact and folds up and will fit in a dorm room. Great product!!

I have a higher end e-bike that cost me more than twice the price of this bike. I needed a 2nd bike so my husband could ride with me on excursions. This bike matched up very closely in its specifications to my original e-bike. It came folded up in a box and in all honesty, the hardest part was getting it out of the box and unwrapping it. The only parts that needed installation were the handle bars and the seat. I used this bike for a couple weeks now and it is a lot of fun. It is zippy, handles very steep hills very well and the battery seems to last when riding. I also like that this bike can be put in “cruise” mode in which I don’t need to hold the throttle to propel myself. The only major difference between this bike and my more expensive one is that I have shocks on my original bike which handle the bumps of the road much more smoothly. The digital speedometer and battery meter are a plus on this bike as it’s so easy to see. I have no reservations about writing a positive review of this product as it is a great bike!

Update: So I bought two of these, and the first one works great. But, the second one has an error code (E002) – communications fault. This is the first time riding the second one, so kind of a bummer it doesn’t work straight out of the box. There is very limited help online and on their website.

Phenomenal e-bike. I’ve ridden several types before and this one is great! I was extremely hesitant about purchasing from “isinwheel” since I’ve never heard of them, but bravo to them for the great deal. (I actually bought two since they were less expensive than others.)

    What I like:
    — Can buy another one to share with a friend. (Great value.)
    — Decent power: I own a liter bike and still had an absolute blast. Felt like Moto GP on the sidewalks.
    — Resilient tires: About half a mile in, I ran over a sizable nail (photo included). I pulled it out and somehow the tire didn’t lose any pressure. .. Maybe I was lucky.
    — Pedal assist: Very gradual roll onto the power. i.e., in mode (4/5), it takes about 10 seconds for it to apply maximum power. This is great for giving you a chance to pedal yourself.
    — Great efficiency: I found myself pedaling most of the time at a gentle cruise. I only used the motor to get up to speed or up a hill. After 15 miles, I only used 15-20% of the battery.
    — Assembly: Snapped together like legos in 15 minutes.

    What I didn’t like:
    — Packaging: Even with my own tools, it took me like 30-45 minutes to cut open the box, snap all the zip ties, and dispose of the huge mountain of trash. The box itself could’ve been designed to hold ammunition – it was like 25lb. (Maybe this is why nothing was broken though, so ..)
    — On/off switch: I was not expecting the key to remain in the vehicle while it’s operating. I spent a good 20 minutes of trial and error trying to figure out why it wasn’t turning on until I turned the key into what looked like the “Off” position on the label – which was actually on. In this position, the key is stuck inside the keyhole.
    — +/- switch location: I hit the “+” button by mistake three times and it gave me a little unexpected jolt. Maybe I just don’t know how to properly hold a bicycle handlebar though.

I wanted a lightweight foldable ebike that would be a good fit for my wife who’s about 5 feet tall. Most ebikes of this type mount the battery back of the seat post, meaning that a rider must be over 5’3″ in height since there is a lower limit of adjustment of the seat. The bike arrived promptly, was well packaged, and was easy to assemble with the tools provided. The Isinwheel support has been very helpful, first providing recommendations on which of their bikes are suitable for shorter people and next in responding to a few questions about tire inflation recommendations and how to deal with temperatures for storage and battery charging. My only minor complaint is that the seat is not too comfortable for longer rides. I think that issue can be addressed with a gel seat cover.
