This eWheel is well built but it came to me with the defective left footpeg/footboard. The left footboard was higher than the right one and there is no way to fix that. So since I was a novice to eWheels at that time I couldn’t even learn how to ride it. So I returned the wheel. I would recommend it but don’t be shy about asking or learning the internet if you are not sure about something.

I bought this as my first EUC and it looks like it is very stable to ride with once I learn this thing. I think my biggest hang up is the weight of this thing for a beginner like me. Imagine a 70 lb weight between your legs as you are trying to learn this thing. Kind of heavy and scary. I heard that this is a great wheel AFTER you learn to ride a lighter wheel because it very stable. I will definitely keep this wheel AND buy the Inmotion V5F to learn with that. It is only about 25 lbs which should be a lot easier to learn with. So my opinion to anyone out there trying to buy their very first EUC with no experience is to first try to learn with a lighter model such as the V5 or the V5F and after you feel comfortable with it THEN move up to the V11Y.
