So, I do ride my bike on occasion, and it seems every other time I go out something happens with one of my tires. I have tried all the different methods, including an air pump strapped to the frame, and one of the CO2 cartridge tools. Each method has a downside, including this pump, but one I’m willing to live with. The pump takes up very little space, and doesn’t weigh much. You can save a weight in the pump and it has a auto shutoff feature. It’s great.

The HOTO Mini Air Pump is an absolute gem for anyone on the go. Its compact size belies its incredible functionality, inflating a 700x23C road bike tire from 80 to 100 PSI in just 25 seconds! The maximum pressure of 150 PSI makes it versatile for everything from bike tires to motorbike tires.
The USB-C charging feature is super convenient, ensuring you can juice it up anywhere. The digital display is clear, and the pressure gauge is impressively accurate, making it easy to inflate tires to the exact desired level.
I also love its lightweight design—it fits easily into a backpack or glove compartment. For cyclists, motorists, or anyone needing reliable inflation, this mini pump is a must-have.

This is an awesome, small air pump and is well-suited for taking with you while out riding your bicycle. It’s small enough to not take up much room in a storage bag, yet powerful enough to get your flat tire aired up in no time.
I was truly amazed at how well this pump performed when I first tested it out. I have 26″ X 4″ fat tires on my bike which take 2-3 times the volume of regular bicycle tires and this pump aired it up from completely flat to 20 PSI in about 3 minutes – that’s very impressive! I set it to air the tire up to 20 PSI and it did stop, although my gauge said it was at 22 PSI but that’s close and within the stated tolerance. When it was finished, the battery still indicated a full charge so I’m sure it would completely air up several tires before needing a recharge. If you have regular tires or those thinner, road tires, it probably will take half the time to air those up due to them having less air volume. I posted a video of the test I did, watch it to see exactly how well it did.
I like that the inflator “hose” rotates and I also like that the pump comes with a locking, quick connect valve so you don’t have to hold the hose while it inflates the tire. It also comes with a needle for airing up inflatable balls and such. This pump would be perfect to throw in a sports bag in case you need it to inflate a football, basketball, soccer ball, etc.
Overall, this is a great product and very capable for its size. Yes, it may be a bit on the pricey side but I can assure you it is well worth what you pay for. I ride several times a week and I usually ride 20-30 miles at a time. I’ve been out in the boonies, in the middle of nowhere and that’s not a place you want to be stranded in. If I have a flat, it’s very reassuring to know that in just a few minutes, this pump is going to get me back up and riding. And yes, I carry a manual pump, but I’ve counted and it takes 300 pumps (double action) to get my fat tire up to riding pressure – that’s not fun! Don’t put a price tag on your safety and peace of mind, this thing works, and you can count on it.

Upon unboxing the HOTO Mini Bike Tire Pump, I was immediately struck by how compact and lightweight it is—definitely pocket-sized but packed with features. Its small form factor makes it perfect for cyclists on the go, easily fitting into a backpack or even a jacket pocket. The build feels sturdy, and the design is sleek, with an intuitive interface that’s incredibly user-friendly.
Using it was surprisingly simple. The flick-to-start design and 360° rotation hose made attaching it to my bike tires hassle-free, even in tight spaces. The pump quickly inflated my road bike tire from 80 to 100 PSI in about 25 seconds, just as advertised, which was impressive for such a small device. The digital display is clear, showing real-time tire pressure, and the auto shut-off feature gave me peace of mind that I wasn’t over-inflating.
In terms of performance, the 150 PSI capacity handled everything from my road bike to a mountain bike with ease. The built-in battery lasted long enough to inflate multiple tires, making it perfect for longer rides or trips where you might need multiple uses. Compared to other portable pumps I’ve used, this one stands out for its power and ease of use in such a compact form. However, it might be overkill for casual riders who don’t need such high PSI levels, but for anyone serious about cycling, it’s a must-have.
Overall, this mini pump offers great value for money. It combines portability, power, and precision, making it ideal for serious cyclists, mountain bikers, and even motorcyclists who need a reliable pump on hand. Just charge it up and you’re good to go!

Much smaller than expected, this pump is just slightly bigger than 2 stacked decks of playing cards and weighs less than 10 oz with the quick release adapter and elastic band. It has all the usual features of the bigger pumps with auto off pressure set, 2 memories, quick release , Presta adapter, and usbc fast charging.
Designed for smaller tires like bicycles or motorcycle tires it can be used on car tires but could take considerably longer to bring up to pressure just from the sheer volume of air involved. There is no warning about continuous run time but overheating is something to watch out for.
It can be used without the quick release adapter but some air will be lost when unscrewing the hose if not used. The adapter can be left screwed on but it could get damaged when carrying it around as it would stick out from main body. There’s no holder or bag to keep everything together.
The flick to start feature, raising the hose, is a bit gimmicky and requires the use of the included elastic band to hold it in place to ensure inadvertent turn on and battery drain.
There’s a semi transparent film that covers the display screen for protection during shipment. It’s supposed to be removed but the numbers can still be read through it if it’s left on – it won’t be as bright but it’ll be protected – ymmv.
Unless you’re racing competition this little pump, with the added weight, is a lot better than using the alternative mini hand or costly co2 pumps that are available.
