I got it work after a trip to the hardware store. It comes with zero washers or lock washers. I guess they want you to retighten everything before every ride? Also, the hardware is meant for suspension forks and wouldn’t work with my rigid forks. Thankfully I had mid fork attachment points to make them work. The rack is inexpensive but be prepared to tinker for a while to make it work. I had to disassemble my front brake and make adjustments to make it work.

Included all hardware needed for installation. Bolted right in to place, plenty of space for accessory mounting around it, strong enough for me to sit on at about 160 pounds(not recommended by the manufacturer but it held me non the less) looks exactly as pictured. Great quality for the money, would definitely recommend for anyone who needs a universal fitting rack.
This is on my 27.5 hardtail with suspension fork.

The media could not be loaded.
Installed easy but hardware lacks antiratlle lock washers. And it is too short, only 9 inches instead of 12 inches, to accept regular size bags. Frames are reasonably good quality but most of the bolts are too long. Still thinking if I’ll keep it and find something larger.
