Beating the winter weather, I put my old bike on this and it’s amazing. Pretty simple to assemble, I don’t plan to ever take my backup bike off of it but should be simple. It is a bit loud but it’s in my basement and my family upstairs says it doesn’t wake them at zero dark thirty. Nice!

Very good and solid product! Easy to assemble in a very short time. Not that loud at all! After reading different comments before I bought it I wasn’t sure but the type of tire makes all the difference! If you use a mountain bike tread instead of a slick road it will be VERY loud. The only down side to it was (for me) the amount of resistance the dial provides. Wish it could have more. Overall I recommend it IF you are a amateur biker like me and not a professional or to intense rider.
