I have a bike I’m using as a grocery getter to run errands with. I had a long list of requirements, and these met every single one of them. Easy on/off. Check. One handed, standing up. (I did have to shorten the lower attachment, but that was retying a knot). Folds up. Check. Covered bag. Check. (no cargo net required, one less thing to carry) Straps. Check. (handles and shoulder) Large enough to hold my battery. Check. Sturdy. Check. Inner bag, which has a drawstring closure, that actually buckle to the pannier bags. (no bungees required) The bags can be held closed with a strap that snaps on to keep the bags folded up. There’s even another snap to attach the strap to when the bags are open so that it’s properly secured.

First let me tell you that living in a big city, with no car, public transportation unsafe and dirty, cabs and Ubers way too expensive – my pedal and ebike are my main source of transportation and recreation year round! I use my bike like a donkey! Groceries, cat to vet, art supplies, on-and-off road trailblazing, day camping supplies and creature comforts. I have tried for years to find creative solutions to transporting everything:
I NEEDED A MIRACLE PANNIER OR BASKET THIS ONE IS PERFECT!!

These particular panniers allow me to add even more carry space to the top of the bike rack like an extra battery or folding chair for beach (see pic). Folds flat. Opens big and wide or adapts to smaller fold when you have less stuff inside. Can store one inside the other, relatively light weight but sturdy. I can really pack these with a LOT of heavy stuff and they keep their shape so far. GREAT warranty! See the special gift care inside to extend that for another year. Can transfer these between my ebike and pedal bike racks fast and easy. Sometimes I just use these to pick up a few groceries without the bikes. Can add just one or both bags and remove easily just by lifting no screws or zip ties, but these stay on securely. Carry handles and over the shoulder straps perfect for shopping in-store then right to bike and inside home — no need to repack. Easily washable. Inside liner bag if needed. Soft enough that if I brush against a person or doorway they have some give and don’t scratch surfaces. See-through so I don’t have to dig through a heavy backpack to find what I’m looking for and because they are see through sturdy mesh, I also breeze through security police/guards when boarding trains to take my bike out of the city to day trip.

The designers of these WoutWurx are brilliant and deserve an AWARD!!

We bought 2 Trek Bikes that came with back racks. Just needed to hook to bottom of rack and stretch to put holders on the rack top bar and secure with attached velcro straps. They can be folded in when not in use. You get a roomy bag per pannier, that can be taken into a store, filled, placed in pannier, and buckled in. Plus if you don’t need the panniers on a ride, it’s just seconds to remove them. You get a lot for the dollar with these. Very pleased.

The panier attaches to the bike’s rear rack and does not make the bide difficult to steer. Sturdy and safe. Drawstring top keeps all items secure and dry. Carrying handles as well as shoulder strap make carrying easy. See through mesh allows for finding items quickly and easily. Durable product, very good price for excellent quality of the item. Also folds up flat for easy storage when not using. Highly recommend!

I bought these for picking up groceries and hauling them on my ebike.

    Pros:
Easy to install and easy to remove
You can load your groceries directly into the draw string bags and toss them in the basket.
The entire basket is detachable and has a strap to put over your shoulder
    Quality seems very sturdy

    Cons:
On the first pair I received I noticed that one of the bugee cords was missing on one of the bags. I wasn’t sure if this was normal or not so I reached out to the customer service email for Outwurx. I never received any sort of response from the company. I decided to return them and get a new pair since it appeared the bugee cord was needed on both bags to properly secure them. Also, one part of the bags is supposed to velcro together. On all 4 of the bags, this piece is too short so you can’t properly secure the velcro together. It needs to be a little longer. This doesn’t impact the usefulness of the bags as they are on the inside.

A lot of thought went into the design of these grocery panniers:
    – Foldable – without even having to insert or clip anything for stability. Just open & close.
    – The Straps that snap in place to keep it in the folded position have another snap location on the back for when the basket is in use so they don’t flap around.
    – Removable Drawstring Totes! These are a standout feature! The totes clip onto the bag where the shoulder strap would attach to the basket, the shoulder strap can also be attached to the removable tote!
    – Adjustable Hangers – if the baskets are too far forward on your rack, or if the hanging clips are not placed ideally for your rack, the hanging clips can be unscrewed and moved left/right to additional locations for a customized fit. On top of that, the velcro straps adjacent to the hanging clips REALLY help secure the basket to the rack.
    – Bungee attachment points – there are loops sewn-in on the front and back, very useful for attaching bungees to!

The fabric seems quite durable and the seemingly rubberized mesh looks like it will hold up for some time.

The ONLY drawback, and this is nit picking, is the hanging clips are located a few inches below the lip of the basket, so if your rack doesn’t have a lower (touring) rail for panniers, the basket(s) will protrude about 4 inches above the top of the rack, limiting or preventing the use of a rack trunk that is wider than your rack. I wish the hangers could also be relocated to the top of the basket.
