Got my Peloton bike about a month ago. Shortly after, while I was in a class where you get out of the saddle and had resistance of 50+ I noticed a small creaking that grew worse every day. After reading through some forums someone linked me to this product. for the price I thought it was definitely worth a shot. Was delivered today I sprayed it on the cleats and waited about 5 mins… went for a 30 Min Pop Ride with Cody Rigsby and ABSOLUTELY NO CREAKING. because i wasnt being distracted by the noice/annoyance I also got my new PR!

This Finish Line Aerosol Lube is terrific. After cleaning my SpeedPLay Cleats and Pedals I give each 2-3 squirts of lube. It dries almost immediately.
Makes engaging and releasing from the SpeedPlay Pedals smooth as glass.
    I love it.
Nice lube. Dry. Removes easily with rag if build-up.

This works great for my Speedplay pedals. It dries quickly and really stays clean. I rather wish it weren’t an aerosol dispenser, though. It’s difficult to control and doesn’t seem like the right delivery system given the small amount and limited area you need to apply it. If you’re reading Finish Line, please make this a drip system like Triflow. Thanks!

Bought this to help with a squeaky pedal on my stationary bike. I only needed to use a little bit of it and the squeaking went away instantly. The last time I used it was over a year ago and I haven’t had to use it again since, it worked so well. Highly recommend.

Ottimo per togliere vari cigolii fastidiosi dovuti alla connessione tacchetta pedale.

I tried this spray-on lubricant on both my Shimano SPD-SL road cycling pedals as well as my SPD mountain pedals, and it seems to help make clipping in and out smoother and easier. It also seems to help with the little bit of creaking I was getting from the mountain pedals.
I like that it’s a dry lube so it won’t collect dirt like an oil or wet lube would. Time will tell but I’ll probably be giving the pedals a quick spritz of this stuff every few rides.

The straw that came with the can was too big to fit inside the nozzle. I ended up buying a cheap can of spray lubricant just for the appropriately sized straw.

    The lubricant works great otherwise.

I tried this to solve the squeaking sound from what I initially thought was coming from me pedals or bottom bracket. Turns out the noise was from my SPD cleats as this solved the problem.
