Overall, this stand is a great value and works well.
I was pleasantly surprised to find that the stand is constructed better than I expected. A couple reviews said that the cross arm would droop with a bike on it, or pieces would break. Neither has happened to me so far, although I do treat it with kid gloves so I don’t break it.
I could see the fitting that holds the cross arm breaking at some point as it looks like cast aluminum (first photo) and not that thick, but it is working well so far.
The only other improvement I would like to see (though not essential) is for the spinner knob that tightens the clamp could be more ergonomic (photo 2). I don’t feel very coordinated holding the bike in the clamp while trying to spin the knob. It is a little difficult to spin. Maybe if ONE of the spinner knob arms extended parallel and away from the cross arm it might be easier. Or maybe if I were younger.
It does have a rather large footprint (about 4′ diameter) but it is pretty stable for what I do with it. So far, I have only inflated the tires, adjusted spokes, and cleaned it: The stand is perfect for me so far.
Even though I don’t have much room in the garage, I am using it to store my bike because it is so convenient. I normally hang it on brackets, high on the wall. BTW, I discovered the stand is from the same manufacturer as the brackets, which I also like.

This stand is very stout. I do find that it can be a little unstable if you do not position your bicycle just right. However, if you do find that sweet spot it is great. The stand itself is of very solid materials and it is strong enough to hold my MTB which weighs about 31 lbs. Once it’s in the stand and balanced you can crank the pedals and it remains stable. I always clamp my seat post and never the top tube. Also sometimes I clamp with the seat post perfectly vertical so that the wheels are angled downward and sometimes I clamp with the seatpost angled back so that the wheels are level depending on what task I may be doing. Either way, as long as you make sure the bike weight is positioned correctly over the feet it is stable and solid for work.
I did have a breakage issue the very first time I used it however. It is an odd breakage, but a breakage nonetheless. The upper tube extension clamp blew out. The inner wall of the actual clamp itself blew out when I tightened the thumb bolt. The piece that broke acts as back pressure for the thumb bolt and allows the clamp to tighten on the extension tube so you can raise or lower your bike. Once this broke I couldn’t tighten that clamp meaning I couldn’t raise the top extension to get the bike off the ground. I could have switched the position of the nut and bolt to achieve the same clamping effect but to be honest I thought with the blown out piece the clamp itself was compromised and there would be a failure elsewhere. However, I took some photos (also provided them in this review) and sent them to customer service via email. I received a response immediately from Feedback Sports. They wanted a proof of purchase and serial number of my unit. I provided that information to them and they sent me a new clamp mechanism right away and also sent me a link on how to change it out. In fact it arrived 2 days earlier than the ETA I was given.
All that being said I am very happy with my purchase. This is a solid well built bike stand and their customer service is fantastic. Maybe I just got a bad clamp on mine from the start because it was definitely an odd break, even the rep from Feedback said so. They jumped right on the warranty and made things right.

I have been looking at many different bike repair stands for 6 months now. I wanted to be able to easily work on my bike without setting it upside down to work on it. This was my answer.
I looked at many different stands that cost less than $150 including Park Tools, Sette, and others. This was actually the last one I found, but liked it the most for several reasons.
-The tripod base: The tripod base is much more stable than the type with only two legs. This thing has a huge footprint, keeping it very stable.
-Adjust-ability: Has a wide range of heights you can choose from; from down low all the way the where the bottom bracket sits up to chest height.
-Quality design: The overall design is quality built. From the thick aluminum tubes to the heavy duty screw type clamp. It feels very solid and will be able to take some good wrenching. I feels as though it will have not problem holding the bike still even for bottom bracket bearing service/removal.
-Looks great: I know it is just black, but for some reason this stand is visually attractive to me.
-Ease of use: This stand is real easy to unfold and get upright and ready for the bike. Once up the clamp collars hold everything in place. It fold up relatively small, but it is actually bigger than what the picture lead me to believe. (the bike stand in general)
I have heard, and noticed, on the lower end park stands, the clamps are sub-par, The clamp on this one however is very nice and heavy duty was built in. The clamp easily adjust to my seat tube and holds the bike with a death grip without marring the finish. I think this stand will have a long life, supported by a good company.

My previous stand was a cheapie, V legs. It was sturdy enough for washing the bike and lubing the chain, and, if careful, adjusting the derailleurs. It did not hold the bike rigidly. This stand, admittedly twice the price but not much heavier, is rock solid. I had no trouble removing the pedals, including the obligatory for me, trying to turn the wrench in the wrong direction, tightening instead of loosening. So quite a bit of force was involved. The stand adjusts easily in both height and angle the bike is held. I am short, 5’3″, and I can raise the height of the bike to where it is hard for me to lift the bike. It also folds and unfolds easily. The only complains are that I have to lift the bike up with one hand while the other tightens (or loosens) the clamp, which is a bit of work, and that the clamp is a little too long for the seat post on my wife’s bike, which has the seat post extended only a short distance.

The stand appears well made from durable materials and not too much plastic. I have an e-bike weighing approx 24kg and attached it to the stand via the seat post, with the front wheel on the ground (to take a little weight off) and used it to adjust my rear derailleurs. The stand was great – easy to set up and pack away, and very stable with my bike on it.
